I once asked for it in the emergency room when I had a bad wrist sprain (they thought it was broken). Big mistake. They lauged at me.
The other funny thing is that I liked it so much when it was finally prescribed to me (for a root canal) that I was afraid to like it too much! I threw out most of the bottle.
Love that stuff! Two funny things:

I do know how to spell *laughed. :)
ReplyDeleteIs it weird that I don't feel that much?
ReplyDeleteI mean I don't feel high or anything, but the throbbing went away.
Well the throbbing in my tooth.
I wouldn't say it's a high, either. I remember it making me feel very relaxed, though. Not tired, just sort of a...tranquil feeling?
ReplyDeleteI'm going to look up the drug, and see what it's supposed to make you feel like. But the pain relief is the real plus, obviously.
The urban dictionary says "euphoric high". I think that is with a bigger dose than prescribed, though. I never felt that.
ReplyDeleteYour last comment just registered, btw. LOL!
Well you see I have been downloading photos of all the hot brunettes from the trilling days of yesteryear and well...what can I say.
ReplyDeleteThat's not funny, I've had wisdom tooth face. And I just found out I have a FIFTH wisdom tooth.
ReplyDeleteKnox! You over-achiever!
ReplyDeleteI've never had anything more powerful or longer lasting than Novocaine.
