Originally this was supposed to be a musical sequel to Little Shop of Horrors.

BAD actor though. Good they kept his lines down to a minimum.
Hill was right. Create the tension with the good guys vs the bad guys theme. Create mood with "night" and "sound"...from motorcycles to horns to anthems. Throw in some neon, and let your story go...
