Did I tell you lately that the Green Bay Packers are the World Champions?

Congratulations to Original Mike and Garage Mahal and Meade and AllenS and all those Green Bay Packers fans as their team held on to win the Super Bowl. They are World Champions.

Congratulations guys.

Don't party too much now.

  1. Holy mackeral, I went over a pre-game thread at the evil blogger lady place and Meade had the Packers winning by 3 points. Plus I think he said they'd score 4 TD's to the Steelers 3. Pretty prescient.

  2. Thanks, Troop. And ric.
To be honest, I think I predicted the Pack scoring 4 times and winning by 3. But hey, I'll not gonna quibble.

Wasn't that you at the evil blogger lady's, ric, who reported that the number in attendance in Dallas exceeded the entire population of Green Bay? Sweet.

  3. hdshithouse shows up, clueless and illiterate as usual, looking for where he hid his offshore money, wondering where he misplaced his patents and still puzzled as to why he was born a woman in a man's body. Well done, idiot.

  4. Green Bay proper has a population of a little over 100,000 but the greater Green Bay metropolitan area is over a quarter million. It's kind of like a mini New York.

  6. And yet you keep posting, hd - you truly are insane. But you are illiterate, incontinent a liar and a hypocrite, so you do have that going for you.

  7. OTOH, it's hard to imagine New Yorkers turning out to shovel Giant Stadium.

  8. from O Mike's linky link right... up...
    ^ there:

Many were clad in green and gold coats, jackets, sweatshirts and jerseys. Jennifer Beno, however, wore a tasteful full-length beaver fur coat and headband. But that's not why dozens of people - mainly guys - asked to take their photos with her.

She also wore a bra made of the same stuff cheesehead hats are made from - on the outside of her coat.

As she pushed up her bright yellow squishy brassiere, she smiled and said, "That's class. That's Green Bay."

  9. Thanks, Meade. I had missed that.

It good for New York to see a champion. Gives them something to strive for.

  10. I wish 60 Grit and HD could find a way to get along better here. Leave the guns at the door?

Really, it just becomes an echo of EBL's joint.

Oh, I'm in a fowl mood.

  11. 60's rasping, and HD's baffoonery make MamaM laugh. But then, she loves all the chickens, cocks and hens alike.

  12. Can't you just see them starting to smooch like the football player and Kurt in Glee.

    Well maybe not.

  15. I'm not baffooning MamaM and I get along fine chickeliattackt. 60twit attacks all the time. he has a fixation and it is troubling to say the least.

  16. Who knows? Maybe 60G is the type who doesn't countenance cats at the dinner table.

The MrM is not a fine grit himself and imperious cats tend to animate him, especially when he finds them on the table or counter, acting like butter won't melt in their mouths.

MamaM was disappointed when HD deleted his original comment about baffoons. But then he came through with the 20 Mule Box and she was back to being amused.

  17. He deleted "baffoon"? Was there a moment of clarity in that mush he calls a brain? Fucking amazing. But the mule box stands - fascinating.
