No more mojito's... that can't be right

We have to rectify that situation right away!

  1. Mai tai's were our drink of choice in the evenings while in Hawaii. The place we were staying had a papaya tree with ripe fruit so my wife invented a new drink that I dubbed the Papaya Tai (pronounce Puh-PIE-tie). She just mixed a mai tai (rum, CuraƧao liqueur, and lime juice) but blended in the fruit of a fresh papaya. The drink has the consistency of an orange smoothie. Drink those everynight for two weeks and you'll pack on 5 lbs too.

  2. Ilove Mai Tai's but they are just too sweet for me.

    And margherita's can be a little too sour.

    A mojito seems just right sometimes.

    The wonman who runs the place is a chef and a caterer. As usual we made friends with her and she goes "Hey I just made a pitcher of Mojito's do you guy's want some?"

    With mint leaves fresh from the garden.
