Whose that Dirty Girl?

Don't look now but who is that dirty girl? She banged another actors father for twenty four hours and for ever after sent him mash notes. But in this photo she needs a good wash and shampoo.

Whose that Dirty Girl?

  1. I saw something nasty in the Keller.

OK that' s a mash-up of German and Cold Comfort Farm.

    Sally forth?

  2. Sally last, at least until she discovers soap...

  3. No meathead that is not Sally Struthers.

  4. You have to give Troop some slack - he's under a lot of pressure. Like a sardine in a can.

  5. Julie Christie?

And I am so glad my name hasn't come up here.

  6. We could mention your name, but only in the sense that "Darcy looks so much better than that girl in the picture that to even mention her name in this thread as that would be inappropriate, perhaps hurtful and just plain wrong".

    How's that?

  7. Darcy shoots!

    She scores!

No clue about the 24-hour thing--oh! Wait.

    Donald Sutherland. Of course.

  8. Darcy got it right the first time. It is indeed Julie Christie.

  9. Now that I get all the movie/show references in this - very clever, Troop!

It's just not a flattering pic of her. She was and still is gorgeous, of course.

  10. Holy carp, that's Lara? Dang. And here I have misplaced my balalaika...

  11. I have never seen this movie, but after having looked it up and reading about the famous love scene ("is it real?"), I believe I'll take a peek at it.

    You know, out of curiosity.

  12. It's for science, Darce. And art!

    Yeah, that's the ticket.

  13. One downside is that I have rarely found Donald Sutherland attractive. The only movie I found him appealing in is Ordinary People.

So yes, in the interest of science, Blake! lol ;-)

  14. Who cares 'bout Sutherland?

Oh, wait. Right. You're a girl.

  15. Sutherland was pretty low-key in "The Dirty Dozen" which I watched a couple weeks ago. He kept watch outside the villa at the end and didn't make it out.

  16. I could never review films like blake does because I can't resist spoilers.

  17. Sutherland was good in a bunch of things: M*A*S*H and Animal House, just for starters.

  18. Oh, I've enjoyed his acting, dbp. I was defining "appealing" in the context of whether I'd want to view him in a love scene.

Generally not. And the half naked scene in Animal House is part of the reason why not. lol

  19. Dr, Zhivago, one of my favorite movies! Darcy, if this is the movie you're referencing , yes do watch it! A beautiful movie.

  20. Isn't Dr. Zhivago on of them there commonist movies, Allie?

  21. Darcy's talkin' about Don't Look Now with the steamy sex scene.

  22. Are you channeling MamaM Chickie? Being a good Commie I also loved the film Reds.

    Der Zauberlehrling!!!

    Hat der alte Hexenmeister
    sich doch einmal wegbegeben!
    Und nun sollen seine Geister
    auch nach meinem Willen leben!
    Seine Wort' und Werke
    merkt' ich, und den Brauch,
    und mit Geistesstärke
    tu ich Wunder auch.

Good! The sorcerer, my old master
    left me here alone today!
Now his spirits, for a change,
    my own wishes shall obey!
    Having memorized
    what to say and do,
with my powers of will I can
    do some witching, too!
