Why Titus should start watching Justified

  1. Well that's something you'll never see or hear "over there."

Reminds me of the "Broadway" number in Team America

    Who's behind the song?

  2. That is one of the funniest guys I know. Stephen Lynch. Check out the Gerbil song on You Tube.

    His greatest hits in order

Down to the old pub instead.
    Tiny little mustache
    My name is Satan

    Each one is a gem.

  3. I have no sound at work, but I LOVE Justtified!

Raylan is swoon-worthy. Not so much about looks. Attitude. :)

  4. "Swoon-worthy attitude."

    What's the secret, Darcia?

Well, the looks don't hurt much either, ya know ;-)

  6. Gosh, I don't know, chickie. A certain level of danger, I guess. Fearless.

Why chicks go for that is a question for the ages.

But he also seems like a very nice guy, too.

    Win-win.

  7. @DBQ Well, no ma'am, they do not hurt a bit! lol

  8. Yeah. Attitude. Darcy nailed it.

Fearless, dangereous and a sensitive nice guy all at once. It's a myth generally. But one that women like.

Kill the bad guys with no compunction, with dispatch and play with the puppies and kitty cats later. Aaawww.

You just know he is going to stand up for you, his buddies. Protect his friends against ...whatever.

And the fact that he is good eye candy....win win.

  9. Giselle Bundchen Giselle Smundchen, it's Eli Manning Tom Brady will be walking with into the sunset.

  10. Ah ha! There you are ricpic, gotcha!

  11. Got me. But whatteryagonnadowithme?

  12. Durned if I know, little bro. The chase was fun though.

  13. This is true.

The girls love the danger. They just wanna be inside the safety zone.

  14. I'm picturing Allie athwart a supine ricpic yelling Stop!

    ReplyDelete
  15. Hold it - who is yelling "Stop"?

  16. Let context and syntax be your guide!

  17. I'm just the big sis here, discipline shall be meted out with love. We liberals are lovers of mankind, not prone to harsh punishment.

    ReplyDelete
  18. He specifically said "supine", "prone" was not mentioned.

    ReplyDelete
  19. Allie: Prone doesn't fly for "female athwart male"--unless you're talking island off Newfoundland weird shit.

  20. I'm sneaking away.......

  21. Okay, it's been a long day so it took a minute, but once I got the "island" reference I laughed out loud.

    ReplyDelete
  22. I have never watched that show. That song was funny.

    ReplyDelete
  23. That's funny. Better than the dialogue from The 40 Year Old Virgin.

  24. It's interesting. From the crowd that picks up on the foibles of Hollywood, the name of the fictional character is identified as swoon-worthy, instead that of the actor. That's interestin' to me.

    ReplyDelete
  25. I want to get the island reference! x-(

And Ritmo - I'm not sure I get you? Of course, actors are admired for their looks, but we fall in love with the characters in books and movies.

I do, anyway. Consider Mr. Darcy... ;-)

  26. Darcy, there is an Island called Dildo in that region I believe.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Oh.

I am way too curious for my own good.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Just consider me your big sister, Darcy, happy to impart my "knowledge" .

  29. From the crowd that picks up on the foibles of Hollywood, the name of the fictional character is identified as swoon-worthy, instead that of the actor. That's interestin' to me.

I guess it is because I don't really know anything about Oliphant IRL....nor do I want to.

His character in Justified is what we "know".

  30. @ Allie and Darcy

Here is more knowlege. Japanese dildos are forbben by law to resemble body parts. That is why they look like critters, animals and have faces on them.

    ...or so I hear.

    ;-)

  31. DBQ, no kidding!? I wonder why, maybe they think the phallus is sacred, no graven image shall be made.

    ReplyDelete
  32. @Darcia: I'm sorry! I referenced it as "Island off Newfoundland" to protect your innocence!

We only learned about it yesterday from Haz in that super-long thread.

    Again, my apologies.

    ReplyDelete
  33. DBQ: The one BJM linked to yesterday (again in the super-long thread) looked like a blunt pillar candle.

    Oh wait, it was scrimshaw.

    ReplyDelete
  34. I hardly watch any television.

There are too many channels and I find it overwhelming.

    tits.

    ReplyDelete
  35. @DBQ and Allie: I can't think of what to type here. lol Interesting!

    @chickie:

Oh. Uh. Awkward turtle here. Not so innocent. More like gullible and naive. And not to be admired. :)

    ReplyDelete
  36. Raylon on my TV, btw.

    *swoony silence*

    ReplyDelete
  37. Oh wait, it was scrimshaw.

    Well....in a pinch.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Darcy, I hear heavy breathing, is that you?

    ReplyDelete
  39. He is Seth Bullock on Deadwood, aka "Deadwood, pueblo corrupto" in Argentina. That's the only show I have ever seen him on. His "acting" on that show made a cigar store Indian seem emotive. Not good. But if the women people get swoony, then there you go.

  40. I don't even watch porno anymore, why am I going to find some obscure tv program on some station I don't even know where to find?

    tits.

    ReplyDelete
  41. I am going to watch that new Ricky Gervais show with the midget though.
