Loser wins MVP!

Aaron Rodgers is the A-Rod of the NFL. After blowing the big game that could take his team to the Super Bowl he is named the MVP of the NFL.

Some players pile up big stats. They might even win one championship here or there. But they are really not anything. Dan Fouts. Ted Williams. Dan Marino. A Rod. They got the stats. But in the big game their throats get tight. They are praised to the sky. But in the end they don't have the pelts on the pony.

Enjoy your trophy dude.

Thick, luxuriant brows...none of that metrosexual "broweave"

  5. I saw the post game press conferance. He wasn't all that a good sport. He couldn't believe his over rated team choked.

He can't sniff Tom Brady's jock.

    And I hate Tom Brady.

  6. I don't understand...what kind of payola-we-feel-sorry-for-losers-network elected him then?

  7. It's the stats man. People love the stats.

  9. Again, Trooper got his ass kicked by a guy from Green Bay, that's why he hates the Packers. He got ass raped in Rikers by an entire hockey team..that's the source of his equally demented hatred for hockey. We must understand this poor man's history and ass pain in order to empathize.

  10. Ahhh. Nick provides the backstory.

I think we have the makings of a new series: Why Troop hates the Packers.

  11. He can't sniff Tom Brady's jock.

"Jock-sniffing" was a rhetorical fetish of Cedarford's over at the other place once upon a time.

I don't know why I notice these correlations, but I do.

  12. Eli Manning and Aaron Rodgers each won one Super Bowl.

This will be as true tomorrow as it is today.

  13. Of course when they went head to head....Eli won.

Or did you forget that little detail.

  14. Aaron Rodgers is slightly younger in real years. I don't know what NFL years translate to in real years (like dog years), but it's highly likely that he will play Manning again. When the rematch happens, Rodgers could very well prevail. I think Troop knows that.

  15. I know that Eli will beat him again. Like he did to Tom Brady who is a much better quarterback than the vastly overrated Rodgers.

    Super Bowl MVP.

  16. chikenlittle, Remember, Trooper's theme song is Tom Petty's "I Won't Back Down." It's the anthem for all bullshitting NYers.
