  1. Oh Topo Gigio, so cute, sorry I had to kill your great grandson the other day with a broom.

  2. Ed Sullivan was a tradition in the Spinelli house. Where else could you see Topo, Ringo, Mick, guys spinning plates, Carlin and Pryor? And, there were always Mick, YA, Lanie Kazan, etc. in the audience for introdution.

  3. There was a Pizza place in my hometown in Wisconsin called Top Gigio.

You know what I am pissed about? Animal Planet used to be all dogs, now it is these horror shows about dangerous animals.

    1. I like the shows about parasites, worms crawling under the membranes of the eyeball, seeing it crawl across your field of vision, the worm that played hide and seek up the guy's nose, good stuff, stuff of nightmares.

  5. I think it means stunned , or "what!?" when someone says something outrageous.

  6. It's one of the Japanese emoticons. Unlike doing the sideways thing, they do straight-on stuff. So the Os are eyes, with one bigger than the other, a common animé trope for puzzled or stunned.

I've seen those. Emoticons are a great way for those of us who don't display (or just don't have) them to experiment.

    1. I went with plus signs out of respect for the great cartoonist Peter Arno. The dog ate my book, so I can't check to see if the plus signs meant dead or dead drunk.

      It's all good...

    What was your first thought?

    Dilated Pupils?

    One eye on the pot
And the other up the chimney
    With a bow-wow-wow

It also bears a strong resemblance to the PreThreaded Eyebrow look TY was sporting prior to his re-do.

But it could be Titus, eyeballing the results after a productive session of this: >_<
