    I have been around dogs all my life, and was an avid cyclist for over 40 years, mostly riding in rural areas. I was chased by every kind of dog and mutt and hyena that farmers had on their land.

    The only dog that ever bit me was a stinkin' chihuahua - I was 10 years old and discounted the threat. CHOMP! Nasty little dogs. We need better border enforcement. My Border collie could provide that.
