Keith is waxing gibbous there. Full Moon occurred in 1973 by my reckoning. When I saw him in '76, he was waning, and lethargic. He died two years later.
As for Christie....when someone gets on your shit list they never get off it.
Last time I saw that group was in August of '69 - they were still pretty good then.As I have written before, Keith Moon was an awesome drummer - very musical.John Entwistle was a pretty darned good bass player, too. Even ol' Pete could do his job pretty well.They were a good and talented bunch. One does not see that very often these days.
Hillary may have done us a favor by harpooning the fat whale at this point. I welcome Christie going down.
I have seen the Who many times, but not with Mr. Moon.
I saw them twice. The Moon man was there both times.First time I saw the Who, Led Zep opened for them. I thought they sucked. Still think that.
At his press conference Christie should just say "I won" and walk away.
