Fiver: There's something very queer about the warren this evening...
Hazel: Is it dangerous?
Fiver: It's not exactly danger, no it’s just really queer...... literally…… Bigwig and Strawberry want to get married.
Fiver: But they’re two boys. That’s not how it works.
Hazel: Well I guess that’s the way it works sometimes. Plus Strawberry is named after a fruit.
Fiver: Yes. But they should be careful. Not everyone will accept it.
Hazel: I know. Especially the woman in the cottage. She acts like she doesn’t care but I don’t know if it’s true. She seems like she has a lot of problems keeping people with her. She is just very lonely and angry all the time. If she sees anyone too happy she might be mean.
Fiver: Bigwig heard her talking to herself. And singing in a real loud voice. And throwing things into the garden. I guess that’s why people hide when she passes by.
Hazel: People are strange sometimes. I prefer rabbits. Girl rabbits.
