I have been pretty tired the last couple of days so I haven't been following some of the more extraneous blogs these days so I don't know what was going on. I didn't even have the strength too watch the Giants game and doncha know the fucks go off and win a fucking game.
I have been trying to go out and walk and get back in the game and after coming back and eating I am pretty tired so I take a nap or go back to bed when I used to post or surf the Internet.
Anyway today I was feeling better and started looking around. I got a heads up when youse guys said that the Evil Blogger Lady's best girlfriends Inga, Freeman and Lem were posting up a storm to drive traffic her way. Then I saw the new legal blog rankings and I had to wonder. Is it true? Or do the numbers not reflect what is happening there. I think Michael Haz said that TOP is now a lifeless place. It seems to me that Inga has become the dominant voice and ignoring them has shown the right results. It is dying on the vine. Soon it will be just a vanity blog.
All of this is amusing in a passing interest kind of way. I have other things to worry about so I am not sweating it when before I would jump right in and mix it up. I am just trying to get healthy and throw out a blog post here and there and an occasional comment. I fall asleep at the TV and sometimes Fox is on and I wake up to the news and get all in an uproar. I need to stick to Munster reruns.
Suffice it to say that Leisure Suit Larry and the Ladies of TOP deserve each other and I hope they make a big sweaty pile and enjoy themselves.

I haven't. I have been to A-house two or three times in the last few days, until this time following leads from people here.
But mostly I'm not that interested anymore. She ran a good site for fomenting discussion for a long time, but when she and her hubby told most of the conversationalists to fuck off, I decided I was done. (I consider the drop dead date not when she closed comments, but when they pulled that crap with Palladian. Tacky, amongst other things.)
And for a week or so after she closed comments I had run my own mirror site. Frankly, within the time I was doing it, I was putting more into than she was. That might have been a bad week of blogging for her, but once I started reacting directly to the posts I realized that her quality had dropped off over time. Even her short, breezy posts had been better back in the day. (I had actually been going through her archives for a while, adding comments to posts that hadn't seen the light of day in years. That was actually kind of fun.)
Oh well, it was a thing in its day, and for my its day is done. But I will look at the wreckage from time to time.
We need to take these comments over to another thread that is easier to access.
But thanks for the heads up - when I am at market I greet the dogs I know, sometimes I even know the owner's name, and dog sit some of the canines when the owners go to the part of the market where dogs are not allowed.

And the reference to Titus as a "long-time comic character" tends to confirm my suspicion that Altmouse plays the Titus role as her whimsy dictates.
A lot of people have said that Titus is real, so I'm inclined to--well, I'm really inclined to not care.
But his constant coy references to almost meeting people set off my sock-puppet warning.
Blake - I put Titus and Inga into the same category. There is probably a real human there somewhere, but Altmeade can borrow the identity and use it to post comments when they wish.
Greeting a dog is different than taking a video camera to a dog park.
And his recent fascination is to get at the dog's level. So now he's crawling about on all 4's.
I don't like her or her husband, but she does pick out interesting things to write about from time to time. I don't know if it was today or not but her link to the photographer who's wife died from cancer was pretty interesting. Fabulous shots.
Yes, Darcy, coincidence. Titus--whoever or whatever s/he is has a grudge against Chick for some reason. SO whenever Titus has half a chance Titus attacks Chick.

Aw, Darce - you can't know how much that means to me to hear that from you. I really like dogs, but I also have enough control over my own life to be able to acquire, treat, feed, groom and walk my own dogs.
They are something I rarely find in humans - loyal.
And, changing subjects deftly, and for what I hope is the last time, I think Titus is merely an opportunist. If he sees and opening and a chance to draw some attention to himself, he takes it. I don't think he can read here, but it wouldn't surprise me if some loser like Cracker or Rit Mo was providing him with information - that seems a more likely scenario. Without knowing what is written here even a demented sick bastard like Titus can probably guess pretty accurately what is said about him. May God have mercy on his perverted soul.

Because you've done (said) something that's pissed off either the real Titus (if there's such a thing) or the person(s) controlling the Titus account. So they use any opportunity to attack you. You know how that stuff works.
Besides, today (or that day) Titus and Inga are palzzz. Probably the same puppeteer.

May I suggest that when referring to a topic on another blog that we include the name of the topic, or some other identifying information?
I'd like to read that which has been referred to, but I don't want to read every one of her topics and all the comments in order to figure out what has been said.
