Hey I want to show you my meat.

A nice piece of London Broil. Cooked to pink in the inside and nice an juicy.

Served with a big salad with bib lettuce, red onion, black olives, cucumbers, walnuts and ricotta salada. Also some grilled asparagus and zucchini.

Have a "hog" for Titus. He always bragged, which indicated it was really a cocktail wiennie.

EBL, I ate a lot of bison and elk out west last week. Love it, and very healthy.

Had a bison/elk meatloaf in Yellowstone that was superb! Served w/ rosemary spuds and succotash.

Trader Joe used to sell very tasty bison burgers (frozen) but stopped for some reason.

I always enjoyed them with a side of Del Monte green beans and bottle of 2-Buck Chuck.
