Congratulations to the Saints!
The wife and I watched as the New Orleans Saints won a thrilling overtime game. Congratulations to Tony and Beth and all the New Orleans Saints fans.
As we were watching the celebration, my wife turned and asked "Why does the Saints championship logo look like the Snapple label?"
Good question. Maybe because they are both so fruity.
Then she asked "Maybe Reggie Bush is going to drop Kim Kardashian for Wendy the Snapple lady."
Hey, stranger things have happened.
Like the Saints making it to the Super Bowl.
Let's Go Colts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

By the way, my lovely wife photo-shopped the image for me. Hee.
Congratulations Beth, and all the other Saints fans.
Next game: The son of Archie Manning versus the ghost of Archie Manning. In Miami. The Manning Bowl.
Snapple is the New Awwwlins pronunciation of snapper, known to culinary aficionados as the fish taco.
So now you know the rest of the story.
Congratulation Beth!
Well, say what you will (and I'm sure you will) the Jets came within 30 minutes of the Super Bowl.
The loss of that bull, Shonn Greene, in the second half did the Jets more harm than anything Manning did to them, IMO.
Anything to get more looks at Kim Kardashian is a good thing.

Well you know what they say about opinions. He averaged a whopping 4 yards per carry before he was sidelined. I'd say those 24 unanswered points in the second half kinda shows that Manning did quite a bit of damage. IMO.
I guess this was a long weekend in more ways than one!
Hey Trooper! That is one ugly NFC Championship logo, but I bought the T-shirt and hat today nonetheless. Thanks all, for the congrats.
Nobody here has a clue how to react, but we'll figure it out.
Not a sports fan, so to me they aren't the Saints, but "Beth's Team."
Way to go, Beth!
And on Superbowl Sunday it will be "Hoosier Daddy's Team" vs. "Beth's Team".
Penny, thanks. This might be confusing for Hoosier Daddy, because I'm gonna
bring the wood!
(Where's that tranny thread again?)
Hoosier Daddy - are you Archie Manning? Just asking.
Sorry Beth no I'm not Archie.
Actually I'm a Peyton fan along the lines of a Lance Armstrong fan. Have great respect for them as athletes and what they bring to the sport but not my favorite players.
Perfectionists piss me off.
That's right, Hoosier is no Archie.
Much more of a jughead.
I like jugs.
I like Peyton Manning in commercials. He's funny and charming and goofy, and we always enjoy that. Now, he went to Tennessee instead of Ole Miss so he lost some fans around here early on, but still, if it were anyone but the Saints in the Superbowl, I'd be rooting for Peyton. But it's the Saints, so Peyton will be ducking, dodging and hitting the ground. I want to see Darren Sharper pick him off at least once.
Drew Brees, I just plain respect. He's done a hell of a job of leadership for the team, and as an overall good guy around town. Shockey's still injury prone, but he's no longer a locker-room cancer and drama queen. He seems to really like being a team player, and I credit Brees' solid, no bullshit attitude for that. Neither Brees nor Sean Payton have time for drama. Take Joe Horn, for example. I loved Joe Horn on the field, but he was a big nuisance in the organization. He slept with Willy Roaf's wife! What the hell kind of guy does that? Payton got rid of him as soon as he could.
It's official. Beth knows more about football than any commenter on ESPN.
Ha! Thanks, Mike.
The NFL is down here making shopowners stop selling "Who Dat" shirts if they're not licensed by the NFL. What the heck?
Next they'll be in Wisconsin, shutting down shops that sell wedges of cheese.
