Because she turned out to be a fat, slobbering drunk who usually embarrassed herself in public, especially on the Johnny Carson show.

Speaking of which, what the hell is NBC thinking?

They messed up the Tonight Show franchise when they gave it to Leno, although he's better than that ugly wanker David Letterman.

Then they doubled down on stupid by yanking Leno in favor of Conan O'Brien. Now that the last viewer has turned off the TV, NBC wants to ashcan O'Brien, and put Leno back where he was.

I could fix that mess, and I'm a moron. Can both O'Brien and Leno. Hire Jon Stewart for the 11:30 PM slot and Greg Guttfield for the 10:00 PM slot.

And make it a network requirement that who ever does the local affiliate news at 11:00 has to do it topless and/or shirtless.

Ratings would go through the roof.

Up next: I fix the MSNBC ratings with the simple addition of canilo oil and a plastic mat.

I can't think of which Carson "regular" I'd most like to be/play. I mean we all know who blake would be. ;-)

Gutfield is hilarious but too conservative for the MSM and networks.

They'd rather go broke than hire a Gutfield.
