I have been very sick the past few days. We are running ourselves into the ground working all of these hours. With no employees it is impossible to catch up. We run from one thing to another. Even on our usual day off we had to go into the city for the show. That killed me.
I am dragging ass and don't have to energy to do much on the internets. I will do better soon. Have faith.

Get better Troop. Remember that which does not kill you, makes you stronger!
Or shortens your life-span.
One or the other.
Here's hoping that you recover soon, and find a way to take time off. You need that.
When I hit 55, I started taking one weekend day to do....nothing. And I mean nothing (except going to church, if it's a Sunday). No chores, no homework, no housework, no anything. Sleeping, reading, that's about it. Doing that made the rest of the week much better.
Well, I mean we didn't give up sex or anything like that. A day without sex? That's a dumb idea.
Although we cut back to once-a-day on those days we set aside to do nothing. So there are some things we do on the do-nothing days.
And we ruled out using the complicated knots and rope patterns those days. Just the basic half-hitch and we're good to go.
Trooper is sick and Haz has a constant boner. Must be the Wi. cheese.
Hey Troop, I found something on youtube that might help you pass the time while you rest.
They've got a ton of clips from a '50s show called "What's My Line?" They're all pretty good and about as addictive as goldfish (the cheese snack, I mean). I think you'd especially like the ones w/ Julie London and Audie Murphy.
ChipS, I guess you're too young to remember What's My Line? It was a great show..Durwood Kirby, Dorothy Killgallan, Bennet Cerf, Kitty Carlisle as panelists. Joe D was a guest once.
Goldfish and good cheese popcorn [Garrett's] is like crack to me. I have to limit the amount of cheese corn I buy because WHATEVER the size, I will eat it all in one sitting. I am powerless.
Trooper, how are ya? Being sick is miserable. Hope you are on the mend. We miss your wit and company.
If we lived in Brooklyn, I'd send The Flower to help you out. Better 'n' three employees...
Get well, be well and stay well soon!
