He was invited to appear on Chopped on the Food Network and he is thinking about it.
Of course he is not the Chef I really want to be on the show. I think we know who that is. Just sayn'

That's a good thing, especially when the restaurant business is struggling.
A local diner near my cabin was on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives a while back. The amount of new traffic has been staggering, and has allowed the owners to expand and to open a catering business.
I hope it works out for Marco.
The Food Network used to be fairly good. It's now unwatchable.
Well Marco Polo is doing great right now but Marco wants to raise his profile as a Chef. I mean he has a joint that has been very successful for forty years and he has really turned it into a show place.
