Michael Haz knows his Packers!

"Michael Haz said...
The Green Bay Packers do not actually have cheerleaders. They do, however, allow the cheerleaders form U of W Green Bay to dress in Packer regalia and cheer at home games. the cheerleaders are not paid, and they must buy their own cheerleader clothing.Packer management has strict rules about skin being covered."

Ah, here it is, from August 17, 2009:

I know the woman in the photo. the photo was taken at Lambeau Field a few years back, during a game played on a pleasant but cool afternoon.

The woman in question has, um, issues, with exhibitionism, an endearing trait that has increased her popularity at parties among most members of one gender, and a few members of the other.

She was married to a former co-worker of mine at the time the photo was taken; maybe she still is. It was a weird deal - she divorced husband number one and married my co-worker after he divorced his wife. The divorced husband and wife then married each other, the effect being a full swap.

Since they were all friends before the switcheroo, members of the same church, and their kids all played together, there were a lot of repercussions. "How come no one understands us?" became the daily mantra, especially on a Monday morning, and after the weekend trading of the children.

The photo above was featured in the Milwaukee newspaper, also in Sports Illustrated, I think, and circulated widely on the internet. She thought it was cool; quite a few friends thought otherwise.

It takes a lot of hard work to fuck up a good life, but some folks are up to the task.

Her sordid memoirs could be entitled: "The Dairy of a Mad Housewife"

Packers I know used to have cheerleaders, years ago. My friend has season tickets in the north end corner end zone. You can see him on TV every once in a while on a Lambeau Leap. Look for a short guy, always with a beer, and a great big coonskin hat.
