We were very happy that she decided to get away from basic black and we had high hopes when we heard she was being dressed by Valentino.
But they made a bunch of basic errors. I will detail them for you later.

It's a memorable dress, that's for sure. Something about the picture makes me smile though. Maybe it's the wild red fringy stuff, or the fact that the person wearing it looks real and pretty and kind of sweet. Almost like a Valentine.

Actually, she looks quite happy and very cute. I bet she would look much better in a less frowzy fabric though.
But...but...but...the shoes match!
Something made her feel at happy and at home in what has to be the most patterned and overdone dress I've seen since...I can't remember when.
It reminds me of the bits of wool fabric I use garnish and color in my hooked rugs from old Paisley Shawls
