Like A Candle Breaking Wind

We got a bunch of chatzkies at the gift show.

Mainly candles. They are great little gifts especially for Mother's Day or even Valentines Day. You see you don't have to worry about the right size.

Lots of great scents too!

I might need them when we have a lot of dog piss smells. Just sayn'

Wait...I thought you weren't going to get a dog.

Well I always wanted to get a little black to amuse me while it frolics and since they did away with slavery I have to settle for a puppy.

I don't know if we are getting it because the operation cost $1500 and I am not going to pay for the dog and they might have to sell them to recoup some of that money.

I have owned three great dogs this century, all mixed breeds, all wonderful, all free.

In 2000 my then-girlfriend moved into a house 2 doors down from mine. She had a dog that was half Golden, half Lab. Soon the dog moved over to my house, and when the gf and I broke up, I kept the dog.

Time passed, eventually the dog grew old, then one day she didn't want to go for walkies, didn't want to eat, then late that night, she died. I stayed with her, comforted her as much as I could, but she left this world and broke my heart.

My sadness was intense. She was a great dog and I missed her more than I can say.

Two months later someone at market heard that my pack was down a member and lo and behold, a beautiful little black and white puppy showed up. I took her home and what do you know - not only was my grief eased, but the new puppy has grown up to be the best dog in the history of the world.

I relied on random chance and the luck of the draw and it all worked out better than I could have hoped. All of this occurred without spending money.

I am cheap, but most of all, I really like dogs, and there are many that need to be rescued. And that's all I am going to say about that.

That's easily understandable.

What I don't understand is why you didn't name him Crack Emcee.

@Chip S., dogs are loyal and intelligent, that's why.
