Lovely movie. I was entertained and amused through the entire thing with a few moments of actual burst out loud laughter.
Highly recommended. Even The Critic enjoyed it (she started of with one of those rolling eye sighs followed by "okay, what's this movie you want to show me?"...).
In the Loop was good and the best thing about it was that it proved that Tony didn't get whacked in the finale of Sopranos, since he went on to a successful military career.
Kind of warm here today - it rained overnight, that was nice.
Got several long dog walks done - but I tell ya, I am starting to feel snake bit when it comes to loose dogs - 4 incidents with 4 different dogs in 5 days. What the hey, people, I am just trying to walk my dogs here, I really shouldn't have to have Animal Control on speed dial.
Anyway, out of the hundreds of times I have walked dogs here I have only encountered loose dogs 11 times. I guess those are pretty good numbers, but I would prefer to never run into loose dogs. I really don't like the adrenaline rush.
He finally gets attacked by that out of control bitch troll crack addled twat and he defends himself and that's enough for you?
That he never ever stands up for anyone else being attacked, that he encourages Crack--that's all wiped away by Lem actually standing up for himself one time?
Dunno. I guess I'm a bigger asshole than I thought. Because it actually makes me think even less of Lem--because he's allowed it and encouraged it and egged it on and even enjoyed it--as long as it hasn't been him.
Today, Crack's so upset over hearing of his estranged mom's death (on Sat. or Sun) he declares, "I'm Not Going To Blog Today (I'm Just Going To Cry)" and then proceeds to fill the day by putting up 9 more blog posts and heading over to Lem's for some emoting and soup stirring while acting as though he is superior to those who belong to a different race. Which, I suppose, is one way to grieve, covering the anger, blame, and denial aspects involved with doing so.
I didn't know that about Crack's Mom since I don't read his stuff much anymore unless someone emails me a link or something when he directly attacks me.
Do you think it is true?
When my Dad passed I was a basket case for months. I wouldn't be fighting with people on the internet. I hate to say it but it seems fishy to me.
Sounds too pat, too contrived, too distant from his own life for that woman (who may or may not exist, and who may or may not be someone he ever met) for there to be any truth in what he wrote.
Crack is not known for his integrity (CL - see the word embedded in there?).
I hate Sarah Jessica Parker, Robin Williams, Tim Robbins, Susan Saradon, the BJ Hunnicut guy, brussel sprouts, the Boston Red Sox, commies and well, lawyers.

Okay.
I wouldn't take that Sixty. There are somethings a man just can't ride around.
sixty, do you ever watch frank howarth's vids on youtube?
Not yet.

Lem really took it to Crack on the Lombardi thread. I now have respect for Lem, whereas before I thought he was a Meade tool.
I need to get some money in my PayPal account and show some genuine appreciation for what he did today.
Of course, if he simply deleted that sorry troll's comments, that would be even better, but Lem - you da man!
That's enough for you to have respect for Lem?

Fuck it. I'm off.
I just find it so frustrating when a troll is allowed to dominate a thread, to say nothing of thread after thread after thread.
I liked In The Loop till about the third act.

How far along are you? I mean centimeters dilated. Just remember what the breathing coach said. Would you like some ice chips?

Was that the ex-slave who raised him? If so, he should be thankful that she got her full 8 score and 10 years.
Eat me, chicken.

Why drive "If You Could Hie to Kolob"?
Have you ever heard the phrase "piking for dusties"?
Can one be OT in one's own comment?
I think the fact that Lem doesn't seem to lose his temper with anyone could signal the opposite of weakness in him.
Do you think it is true?
When he (Crack) contradicts himself with his own words and behavior, it's difficult to know what's true and what isn't.
