Hey the Lee Lee's Christmas party is tonight.

All the big cheese's will be there.
I have to go out and get the food. The hot food will be tortolini in cream sauce with peas & pancetta along with a big anti-pasto. And lots of wine.

Oh I am cooking, so I have to prepare. I don't bring in catered stuff.

What?

I thought you were the big cheese!

She makes antepasta twice just because she is so nice...

Angelina!

I'd like to know how you make your cream sauce for that, when you have time someday.

And Ruth Anne's cheese ball recipe too, if she'll share it.

Darcy: Here's the Recipe for the Bodacious Cheese-Ball:

2 8-ounce packages of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple [I drain it slightly] [5 ounce size?--it's small]
1 cup chpped pecans [reserve .5 cup for the outside of the balls]
1.5-2 cups of green pepper or red pepper [for Christmas, use one medium-large of each color]
2 Tablespoons of fresh onion, chopped finely
1 tsp Lowry's Seasoned salt

Soften cheese. In LARGE bowl, add pineapple, mostly drained, half the nuts, coarsely chopped peppers, onions and salt. Mix well, but you will have to get in there with your hands to mold into one large or two small balls. Place on serving platter and coat with remaining nuts. Cover and refrigerate. It is best to chill overnight.

Serve on buttery crackers [Ritz, TownHouse or Clubs].

*Let the nuts/balls/crushing jokes commence*

Thank you, Ruth Anne! That sounds really interesting...I'd never have put those ingredients together, but I like them all, and will definitely try this.

Well, what happened??? Did everyone get drunk? Did naughtiness abound? Of course it did.

Details, please.

I think the Carolina Panthers lost in overtime to the WORLD CHAMPION NEW YORK GIANTS.

The party went great. A good time was had by all. I was under the gun to put the food on the table so I was frantic for a while, but it all worked out fine.

Yowza! This joint is jumpin with estrogen.

Sure is nothing wrong with that! Smells good... tastes good... and is good for you. Builds bodies at least 8 ways. No wonder.

Glad the party went well, Troop. Way to make it happen.

You're needing a gratuitous bathtub photo to draw some more of the usual suspects in, Trooper. I could suggest some.

You need to upload some, Darcy.

I am my regular job and actally have to do work now. Bummer.

Posts later tonight.

That really is a bummer, Troop -- Darcy duck in a bathtub -- all for us, none for you. But someone has to pay the water bills around here and I'm glad it's you, man. You're a gentleman and a... something else. a gentleman and a Giants fan, that's it. Thanks, guy.

Here's my contribution to your batuitous picture.

Now those are what I call batuitously bodacious (as in remarkable) and bubblicious babes!

Hi Ruth Anne! Way to bathe em!

I second Meade. Adorable!

I'll see if I can find a pic of me as a baby in tub, blake. ;-)
