Yankees pay big money for Japanese pitcher

Unfortunately it is not her.

Lem is still jealous though.

Tanaka gets a boat load of money. The last Jap pitcher we got did ok. Kuroda pitched pretty well last year. The fat pussy toad is dead. Long live the new fat pussy toad.

At least the Yankees are not afraid to spend. I think Carlos Beltran is the key acquisition. He is going to go crazy in Yankee Stadium. He always wanted to be a Yankee and will fit right in. If Jeter can play and give some leadership and we don't have the A-Rod circus we might get somewhere.

The pitcher looks familiar.

If there's a whole team like this, I might actually watch a baseball game.

Big salaries are not producing winning teams Troop. The numbers don't lie.

Somebody paid for those tits... and the payoff continues each time the top is blown off that particular place! Which makes this the place to collectively sum the matter up with, "She's a doll! We all know that!"

To add to the wonder of what we all know and don't know, the book I mentioned with appreciation here last week, Command and Control, by Eric Schlosser, which was purchased following a mention made by another at either TOP or TOOP in early December, is the reference for the article linked to today by deborah, in her Duck and Cover post. Timeliness or Coincidence? Who knows??? One things for sure: The doll gets around!

Welcome to Manhattan...

Of course these Japanese players don't care. They are getting way more than they would get a home and they do what they are told and are loyal to their teams. Even Ichiro had to get permission to go to the Yankees as a reward for having to stay on the shitty Mariners for so long.
