Well it looks like Nigella's fans have woke up and she is now in first place. But I wouldn't put all of my bread in one basket because there is still plenty of time left.I am with Knox and Lawgiver, I voted for the Barefoot Contessa. She has the best recipes and seems by far to be the nicest of the group. Plus she has a rockin house in the Hamptons.

Ron that stuff looks great. My problem is that Fat Tuesday is always followed by a fat Wendsday and fat Thursday and so on and so forth.

I can even daydream about her inviting Titus and Palladian to join she and her hubby for a sunset brunch.
Some ONE at the table, while totally engaged, seems to have a squinched visage.
Who might that be?
A) Titus, he is constipated.
B) Palladian, he has to sit next to Titus.
C) Jeffrey, who just wants to be alone with his wife for once.
D) Ina, for wearing shoes to avoid stepping in the Athousian shit.
Like Lawgiver, Ina reminds me of my wife. Warm and loving and someone who is considerate of the other person in her life.

I never order steak out anymore. My kid makes better steak than anything I've ever eaten in a restaurant. Despite all that, how was dinner?
Dinner was great. Steak with a champagne sauce and wild mushrooms with garlic mashed and aspargus. Good stuff. Now a fast day for Ash Wendesday.
