We were Hogan's Heroes nuts my freshman year in the dorm. A sophomore, who knew virtually every fucking line in every show, would have periodic quizes and then a final during finals. He worked hard on it, making up tghe tests, correcting them and grading. The winner got a case of beer. I didn't win either semester. I guess I've always been a ham n' egger tv viewer.

It's amazing how much TV I've picked up secondhand. Actually, I think we all did who were alive before cable.
The zeitgeist used to be smaller and more pervasive.
I've never seen an episode of Dallas. Probably never will. Just read the clues and took a guess. Sometimes that works, other times, not so much...
Okay, nd, that's freaky. We had a weirdo who lived in our dorm who watched M*A*S*H every time it came on. He made up tests, and took them himself to be sure he had forgotten anything. I guess every college has a few like that.
