Here's a real toughie. It's close because they both had only one expression. Who was the most pissed off actor in a TV series: David Caruso or Vince Edwards?
Don't forget Pernell Roberts in Bonanza. He quit and the show went on for twenty years more and lost millions of dollars. What a tool!
Of course he was tired of Hoss hitting on him all the time.
So then he became Trapper John, M.D. while the better Trapper made sqillions in the real estate market.
