Turtle Logic

Call him a shell of a man.
Yamahi Hogarth not only beat his girlfriend in her East Flatbush apartment -- but also flushed her turtle down the toilet, sources said yesterday.
Hogarth, 23, accused the 20-year-old victim of stealing from him, cops said. He allegedly choked her, then smashed the helpless turtle's glass tank Wednesday afternoon. He is charged with assault and aggravated cruelty to animals.
