DId you ever get the feeling.....
That the evil blogger lady yells at her gardener if he spends too much time fighting with ex-commenters on the internet instead of making her pancakes and shaving her hobbit feet?
The jury did their job. I have worked thousands of cases, criminal and civil. In the vast majority of cases, juries work hard, take the evidence and their duty very seriously, and provide just verdicts. I know that's not what many people think or believe. But, that's been my experience and in dealing w/ hundreds of attorneys w/ vast experience, that's almost to a person their belief also. That OJ jury really fucked it up badly on a worldwide stage. That is not the norm. This case is.
rhhardin has to write "not ALL women are ruled by emotion" on the chalkboard 100 times.
Lol, yes, interspersed with "Vicki, leave the bird alone" every third line, which would of course result in an uneven ending
When someone loves something, it shows in the way they talk about it. I'm referring to O'mara and the law, West and a good confrontation, as well as rh and the Bird Dog.
This was one of those nights when I miss Althouse. I wanted to see how trad guy tied this one up.
ChipS, I'm going to miss your more serious comments over at TOP. Is there anywhere else you write your 100 lines?
I think I figured it out. You have to hit "load more comments" multiple times.
The comment count is over 200, so it makes sense that all wouldn't be displayed at once. But it's under 400 so it doesn't make sense that you have to hit "load more" more than once.
Yes. It was a blogger thingy and you have to hit the "more" link at the bottom of the comments several times.
It is a bit confusing with the nested comments and replying function at first. Especially in a very long comment session to find your comment and see if there are any responses.
Meade is now decided he is one of Lem's very bestest commenters
I hate Sarah Jessica Parker, Robin Williams, Tim Robbins, Susan Saradon, the BJ Hunnicut guy, brussel sprouts, the Boston Red Sox, commies and well, lawyers.

I feel sorry for that henpecked bastard in the photo. Well, at least he's dead and doesn't have deal with it anymore.
George Zimmerman found not guilty by his jury of 6 women.

Good perspective, nick.

Right now, just my own poorly maintained blog, MamaM.
I'd been leaving most of what I had to say in the comments at TOP. Now that those are defunct, I'm gonna try to post more often.
So a Hispanic shoots a black and is acquitted by women, but it's still white men's fault.

With an assist from Marcia Clark and Judge Ito.
Just remembered the dancing Itos. As I wrote yesterday, a simpler time.
I wanted to see how trad guy tied this one up.
Me too.
Question for DBQ? How did you fix or resolve that problem you had over at Lem's regarding disappearing comments?
I've posted two comments this morning over there and both seem to have been eaten.

How annoying.
If you go to Lem's site via the link from here, your comments are blocked.
j/k
...maybe...
(We need some of those animated smilies here. Esp. the one that rolls its eyes and whistles.)

He's a professional commenter isn't he?
Not unless Lem's giving him a cut of the proceeds from his Amazon portal.
It is funny to see what a little bitch Meade is being over at Lem's place. Nothing major, just revealing of what a pathetic piece of shit he is.
I love Lem's site. He should sign up for the Amazon portal.
Meade said...I'm one of Lem's best commenters.
I sure hope that was just poorly executed irony.
