Ginger and Mary Ann qoute James Joyce

Gentle lady, do not sing
Sad songs about the end of love;
Lay aside sadness and sing
How love that passes is enough.

Sing about the long deep sleep
Of lovers that are dead, and how
In the grave all love shall sleep:
Love is aweary now.

That's some cheery-ass stuff right there, Troopski. Yet another reason I shall skip reading Joyce. Or Joyce Brothers, speaking of dead.

But I am up to chapter 7 in Nick's wife's book - so far, so good. Still waiting for the bloated pasty drunken prof to wander in, but I have probably seen enough of that anyway.

It is a great book.

Thanks, folks. There is an arrogant professor in it, but they almost all are.
