Steaks. Sausage and Peppers. I also made some fresh potato salad and my favorite pasta salad with fresh basil, tomato and ricotta salada cheese.
I went to the store and got a bunch of beers because I don't get a chance to drink a lot of beer. So I stocked up with some Newcastle Brown, Dos Equis and Peroni. The girls were drinking champagne all day which helped me clear some space in my wine refrigerator. I have so many premium bottles of champagne that people have given me that I have to get rid of some to make room for everyday stuff. I wish I could invite all youse guys over for a Barbeque. I think we would have a kick ass time!

Set a day and time. Make it sometime next summer so everyone can make vacation plans.
Trooper, We have a tentative trip east scheduled in October. When I get the dates I'll let you know. I'll be mostly in New England visiting family, but we would like to shoot down and meet youse guys.

I will make every effort to make it happen. And, I'm down w/ Haz's idea also. Getting stuff on the calendar far ahead of time makes it easier.
Great pictures. We celebrated and had hot dogs and beers. Although it was too damn hot as always.
