My favorites baby!

After Chickie shared his favorites at Lem's  I have to give my "Top Ten on my I-pod this month"

10. In the Garden- Van Morrison
9.   Have a Little Faith in Me- Delbert McClinton
8.   Black Coffee- Julie London
7.   Kick in the Head- Dean Martin
6.   Oh What a Night- Frankie Vallie and Four Seasons
5.   The Way You Look Tonight- Frank Sinatra
4.   Choices- George Jones
3.   Turn the Beat Around-Vicki Sue Robinson
2.   Take Me to the River- Al Green
1.   I Feel Good- James Brown

I find it hard to enjoy Lem's when Crack is stinking up every thread. He is in a frenzy lately and it is getting very boring and repetitive.

Rings lactate Rampart!

I have been DVRing all the old shows and since no new stuff has been coming on....we have been watching some old favorites. Daniel Boone. I Love Lucy. Dick Van Dyke. And Emergency with the one and only Julie London.

This particular one starred one of Lisa's favorites. Bobby Sherman of "Here Comes the Brides" fame. You know. The Justin Bieber of his day.

He played a nasty kid doctor who had his comeuppance when he rode with the paramedics. Of course it is laughable when you compare what these guys did to what you see on shows like "Chicago Fire." So it was enjoyable.

Rampart Base this is Rescue 51

We have been watching Emergency on the METV channel.

It is pretty funny. Watching the paramedics not use gloves. Taking an EKG. Doing the same thing in every single case from a heart attack to a broken leg. It is just hilarious.

I never knew how much we have learned from Doctor shows on TV.

Plus Julie London.

How can you go wrong?

Julie London sings! I Melt.

I was running the Ipod this morning as we were very busy. So I got to pick the Christmas Music and played my favorite jazz singers as they wailed all the classic Christmas tunes. Satchmo, Ella, Peggy Lee, Anita O'Day, Nancy Wilson and of course the one and only Julie London.

I recently turned on the Western Channel and they had a rerun of an old Big Valley with Julie London playing a Confederate Spy. She was simply stunning. She didn't sing but man did she look great. And let me tell you, with her and a young babeilicous Linda Evans there was more than one big Valley if you know what I mean. Yowza.
