There is a guy called the Dog Whisperer......
But in Madison Wisconsin there is a dude they call the "Dog Toucher." (It like being a kid toucher only with dogs).
It is pretty sick.
He even pays neighbors to prostitute out their dogs to him.
What is the world coming to?
