Who is Demetrius Blackwell?

On July 2, 2000 he robbed Andre Willingham of his wallet at gunpoint. When the victim started to follow him in his car he shot up the car and was arrested and convicted of armed robbery and attempted murder. He spent a mere eight years incarcerated and was back on the street.

In May 2013, Blackwell tried to rip the badge off a cop and injured an officer while being arrested.

In November 2014, he allegedly threw bricks at the windows of a house and a parked car while waving a gun.

He was involved in numerous encounters that didn’t end with his arrest, including getting shot in the hand and stabbed in the groin.

But that is not who he really is.

He is the skell that murdered Officer Brian Moore.

He is the guy they are talking about when they say too many young black men are incarcerated. He is the guy that they say should not be stopped and frisked. He is the guy who is the victim of racial profiling when the police stop him because he is adjusting a weapon in his pants. He is the guy they want to drink with an open container, smoke weed and urinate in the street.

He is Freddie Grey with a gun instead of a knife. He is Michael Brown who got the gun away from the cop. He is Trayvon Martin who picked on someone who didn’t have a gun to defend himself.

He is the guy who will get fancy lawyers like Professor Turley to defend him and his commenters to post comments and theories that will support him and help him beat the rap. He is the guy that the President and the Attorney General and New York Times will lionize and tell us that we have to understand the circumstances that forced him to pull that trigger. He is the progressive poster child that they strive to protect and cosset as they do everything in their power to delegitimize the police and what they do to protect the ordinary law abiding citizen.

Officer Brian Moore?

Not even an afterthought. The new Attorney General is rushing as one of her first acts to comfort the family of Freddie Grey. The family of Officer Brian Moore will not even get the back of her hand.

Officer Brian Moore will soon be laying in the cold cruel ground.

The President and the Attorney General might as well just spit on his grave.

Here's  the way I see it.

Freddie Grey is a skell with multiple arrests and a history of being an informer. He would sell out the other corner boys and get a little rhythm on his misdeeds. But he also had a history of acting out and trying to capitalize on false claims of injury. An all around pain in the ass.

Now when they pick up a dude who will drop a dime they like to make the arrest look "good" by bouncing him around so it doesn't look like he is going voluntarily to snitch out. Well this time Freddie was pretty high. He had marijuana and heroin in his bloodstream. So maybe he acted out a little too much and the cops didn't like it. 

According to a couple of doctors quoted in places like Legal Insurrection these injuries don't sound consistent with being bounced around by a "rough ride." Is sounds much more likely that in one of the stops the van made that one of the cops tuned him up. Most likely the driver. A black guy. He proabally dealt with this mutt many times and decided that he wasn't going to put up with his bullshit. It just went really wrong.

Of course since the driver was a brother the States Attorney had to go after a bunch of cops to put some white faces in the mix. But as Legal Insurrection pointed out the spring loaded knife was illegal and since this mutt was on parole any concealed weapon violated him and means it is perfectly justified to put the bracelets on him.

So you have a drug addled victim acting out....a black cop who was disgusted and most likely ashamed of the vermin he swept each day....who like most black guys didn't take well to being disrespected.....and an incompetent politicized prosecutor.

This is a perfect storm right there.

He's really not that into you......

I had to laugh when Rudi pointed out that the Jug Eared Jesus did not love "America."  Plus the over the top reaction of the mainstream media. They are out for blood because they think the accusation might stick. Because it is so obvious that it is true.

Look at it this way. Obama is the imaginary boyfriend for so many of the "Julia's" and feminist dimwits and the eunuchs that kowtow to them. He was the slick smooth cool dude that talked his way into their panties and they didn't even mind that he broke every promise he ever made.

You see we see this kind of guy all the time in the shop. He is the slick practiced user who manipulates the low self esteem of the chick he's banging. He will never say what is right about her, He will only emphasize her flaws. I remember one time there was was this spectacularly hot chick who was a slightly plumper version of Christina Hendricks. She had a rockin' hourglass figure with bodacious ta-ta's and a round firm bottom. Man she was a knock out. The dude she was with was a douche master in the extreme. He had something nasty to say about every outfit. Finally she came out in this tight forties style dress and she looked like a knock out. This douche goes "Ok I will let you buy it if you don't eat a bagel for a month." And you know what? She paid for it. I bet she paid for everything.

That is Obama with America. He can never say anything nice or supportive. He can only pick at scabs and try to control the narrative by being relentless negative. Imagine going home to your wife and saying "I  love you but you have to fundamentally change." Because that was his agenda from the get go. Obama has morphed from the imaginary boyfriend to the abusive spouse. He has spent all the money, invited his Mexican friends to live in your apartment and hates your Jewish grandmother.

Face it America. He's not that into you. He has fucked you and he's bored.

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)-A Bosnian woman is dragged from her car at gunpoint, robbed, and beaten. Police are calling it a “bias, or hate crime.”

St. Louis Police Chief Sam Dotson has alerted the FBI to this case. He does not believe there is a systemic problem with Bosnians being targeted for hate crimes although some Bosnians feel differently.

It happened around 5:30 Friday morning in the 4600 block of Landsdown. Police say a 26 year old woman was stopped by three armed African-American men. They ordered her out of her vehicle. She refused and they then pulled her out of her car. She hit her head. They kicked her and robbed her and damaged her vehicle. They called her a Bosnian slur.

Chief Dotson says, “They threatened to do harm to her because she was Bosnian. The fact pattern indicates that whether it was targeted because she was Bosnian or once they found out she was Bosnian the crime continued and accelerated. I was very concerned about it so we’re investigating it as a hate crime.”

The victim’s parents spoke with FOX 2 about the incident, their 20 year old son acted as a translator. The mother is very upset by what happened to her daughter.

The victim’s brother translated, “She is afraid for her family, for her family’s safety. She is so afraid for her family safety. She doesn’t feel well too since my niece to school.”

Just days ago, a Bosnian man was killed by four men who beat him to death with hammers. Three suspects were arrested.

The Bosnian community felt that was a hate crime but authorities said there was no evidence to support that belief. Now a Bosnian woman is beaten and robbed and it is being looked at as a hate crime.

The victim’s family came to the United States to escape the war in Bosnia and to seek the American dream, but what happened to their loved one has shattered that dream.

“My dad he is more frightened on what has happened today than the war in Bosnia because you don`t know who is a bad guy and who is good.”

Police have stepped up patrols in the Bosnian community. It’s believed the woman will survive the attack.

I mean he is a man's man. He is a virile tough guy who doesn't let anybody push him around. You see he puts his stamp on everyone around him.

Ted Cruz gets off a good one!

He is not my favorite candidate but every once in a while he hits it out of the park. In this video from one of the Sunday shows he asks if Obama will apologize for lying in the last State of the Union.

Now we know that he will never do that. But wouldn't it be cool if a bunch of Republicans stood up and yelled "You Lie" when he puts out another whopper. I know they will never do that but man it would be cool.

I would love to have the Republican response be something like "Hey he lied when he said you could keep your policy or you doctor. What lies did he tell this time."

This guy is getting on my nerves!

Did you see the story where one of the animals that killed the 80year old vet said it was a crack buy gone bad.

Just another example of wild excuses that people make up to explain bad behavior.

As is Jim Langer and Manny Fernandez of the old undefeated Miami Dolphins team. They were invited to the White House to celebrate the anniversary of their undefeated season. But these guys refuse to go. They know that Barack Obama is a horrible president and refuse to let him use them for public relations bonus points. Like Urkel gives a shit about the Miami Dolphins!

Those guys have the balls to tell the White House machine to stuff it. Bravo fellas! You guys are Aces in my book.

Why isn't truth a defense anymore

Some dude in Missouri decided to wear an Obama mask when he was working as Rodeo clown. When the announcer asked if they wanted to see Obama run down by a bull the crowd went wild.

Of course the clown and the announcer were fired and they are trying to destroy the rodeo. I mean it is not like this is a free country or something. The guy is lucky he is not jail for parole violations even though he was never arrested for anything.

Popular entertainment uses Ronald Reagan or Nixon masks in almost every other bank robbery scene but that is just fine. Put the Jug Eared Jesus out there and they come down on you like a ton of bricks.

Things look pretty bleak here in Brooklyn.

Sales are way down because of the hurricane nobody is traveling. There is no gas. The subway has been fucked up. I don't know how many people are going to come to New York for the Holidays.

I think we can weather the storm. We have loyal fans and people who want our clothes. The clothes are the thing. So we can squeak our way through. I know that we have been through worse stuff. Our new manufacturing plans will help us a lot. I have put things in place that will carry me through.

However I might have to lay somebody off. Luckily it will be somebody who voted for Obama. Just sayn'

Although he was often credited with inventing the telephone, in fact Alexander Graham Bell did not create the company the bore his name and brought instant communication to the masses. In fact it was a government bureaucrat who was responsible because with out the taxes put on communications there would be no phone company. In fact the first words spoken through this invention were not as common cited "Watson come here." It was in fact "Watson I must pay more taxes so my worthless neighbors can live a life of ease while I toil in their stead."

Time for some wine!

Well it is time to look at some of the photo's from our summer vacation. I am just sitting down for dinner at the dining room and lo and behold they have my favorite wine on the menu!

I love Santa Cristina Sangiovese Toscana and it is my table wine. It retails for about $10 and they had it on the cruise for about $21. A good general rule is if the wine costs about double in the restaurant as it does in the liquor store then they are not ripping you off too badly. I buy it by the case at home and I ended up buying a case on the trip. But it was well worth it.

They let you bring one bottle of wine per person on the boat and funny enough we took Santa Cristina.

The first day they had a wine tasting that we went to in the steakhouse on board. Now we tried to get a reservation the first night we were on board but they told us they were totally booked up. For the whole freakin cruise! That wasn't going to work. Homey don't play that!

The wine tasting was very nice and was run by this nice Indonesian girl named Sally of all things. She was the ships assistant sommelier who was in charge of the wines at the steakhouse. After the wine tasting was over she went around to talk to everyone. You see they were marketing some of their more expensive wines which in reality were not all that expensive. The most expensive was about $140. Which is not the end of world if you went to a big time restaurant in New York or Vegas. So I call her over to talk.

"Sally that was a great class, I learned a lot." "Thank you." "Let me ask you a question. I would like to drink that expensive bottle of wine but they tell me they don't have any reservations available. Do you think you can do something about that? I mean you have influence. Tell them you went to school with Obama." "I will be right back."

She goes over to talk to the manager and comes right back. "No problem. You are set for prime time Saturday night at 9pm." "Super. See. And you didn't even have to pull the Obama card."

You see it is not what you know but who you know.

And you have to know how to ask the right questions.
