Hey I have to take a break

I guess you have seen that I have been blogging a lot less the last few weeks.

The thing is that I have been so busy that I have not had time to devote to what is one of my favorite hobbies. When you are pulled in a million directions something has to give. Nobody knows what someone else's situation is and they shouldn't throw stones. Just sayn.

So I have to take a break from posting because I have an extremely big and important project going on that I have to devote my full attention to for about the next month. So I am going off the grid for a month or so.

No blogging. No commenting. No nuthin.

Cold Turkey for about a month.

I plan to return on October 22th if all falls into place as I think it will. So check back then and we can pick up the conversation and the shenanigans.

All the best.

Your pal Trooper.

Seven figures eh?

Context? we don't need no stinkin' context.

I think I get your drift.

Are you leading by example?

At least there'll always be twitter!

Hmmm sounds suspicious to me. Let me play detective. He does not drive, rarely leaves Carroll Gardens, has 2-3 fulltime jobs, and one good leg.

That excludes his being on the Giants taxi squad though he could make the weight for a lineman. I have to guess he is filling up on the new lineup of TV shows and trying to determine which he will follow closely. Can't be the baseball playoffs cause the Yankees suck! Heh.

I have it on good authority that Trooper is filming a new reality show. He, the evil blogger lady, AlphaLiberal, and Titus are on a road trip across the US of A.

Make a trillion! After taxes that should leave you comfortable...barely.

As I am involved in this endeavor I can only say thank you to all for your support for Troop and I during this new exciting joint venture.

I will also be unable to post until October 22 because of our new initiative and program that we will be introducing in the near future.

We appreciate your support but also hope that you will respect are privacy during this interim period.

Tits and Hogs,

Titus.

So he's Trooper when he's in the front seat and Tits when he's in the back?

Trooper is just nervous that the Rays are going to put the kibosh in the Yankees hopes for another championship.

All the best, T. Good luck. See you upon your return.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. Blogging takes like what, fifteen minutes a day. Less time than sex. This so called project better be good, like right up there with the second coming of Christ! (-:

15 minutes?

wow.

Troop, couldn't you have taken Montana with you? Guy is going batshit crazy on the EBL's site.

Anonymous said...

Good luck. Hope it works out for you.

Also, posting a blog entry may only take 15 minutes, but thinking about it and planning it if it's any good takes more mental energy than you might think. I've been really busy at work, and I've neglected my own blog because of it. Just don't have the time.

Anyway, see you back again, Troop.

Aww,crap. Hope it is a joyful project. Will miss you!

Boy, you have my empathy.

I can't catch up.

Well, if you need anyone's legs broken on the left coast, let me know. Gotta blow of steam somehow.

A poll for a guest blogger would've been cool, eh?

See you then Troop. I wish I could go off the internet for a month. Its become a crutch in many ways.

jungatheart said...

A crutch, hell, I'm in a permanent Vulcan mind meld with my laptop.

By the way, I was surfing here the other day and came across Troop's Star Trek post where Kirk is holding the mmmm, stalactite. Go look in the Star Trek tag.

Since I know you love lawyers so much, here is something you might want to read about some great lawyers in California and the selling of a Ferrari. I think I would be looking for a goombah about now if I was in the midst of this one.

Nice job over there at EBL's place.

Trooper York said...

Thanks.

A comment in between tasks is easy.

But doing my posts take too much time.

I just can't put up a picture of my balls and ask people to comment like other people do.

Hey. Wait a minute. That might be an idea.

rcocean said...

Troop,

Sorry to drag you out of semi-retirement; but Ritmo and company got to me - I couldn't take it anymore.

Trooper York said...

Hey RC no sweat.

I am not retired. Just working on a big project so I can only hit and run on comments and not do any posts.

Trooper York said...

I know Ritmo is an acquired taste but I think he is a good guy with a sense of humor that he displays here and not so much at the evil blogger lady's place. Much like our buddy Garage Mahal.

You see the blogger lady likes blood sport.

Here we like big tits and sandwiches.

It lends itself to a much more congenial atmosphere.
