"What Not to Wear" is Back!

"What Not to Wear" is back in the store today filming next seasons premiere episode. It is actually the last episode of this segment so the crew is antsy.

The subject is a celebrity from an eighties TV sitcom who is being dressed by Stacy and Clinton. Last season they kicked off the year with Mayim Bliack who played "Blossom" on the series of the same name. This year it is another celebrity who fits into our sizing which as you know ranges from size 10 to 28.

I can't say who it is yet, but you can guess.

I am waiting for the crew to show. The food is all laid out. The clothes are ready. It is going to be a long day.

'80s sitcom? That doesn't exactly narrow it down!

Shirley Hemphill?

I'm seeing Mindy Cohn in other threads, but I'd like to see you outfit Tootie, too. Ta-ta.

Unfortunately Shirley Hemphil has passed away. I would love to have dressed her as she was one of my favorites.

It is indeed Mindy.

Tootie would be welcome as well if she wants some cool clothes.

I was going to tell Mindy that I went to school with someone called Tootie.

Tuttie Gamabale. Of course he was whacked in 1982 when the Colombo's were going at it.

Clinton told me it wasn't a good idea, so just stayed in the back room and made sure everybody got sandwiches.

Any prosciutto balls today, Troop?

No.

But a got a big platter of vegtables with a dip. Carrots, celery, zuchini, califlower, brocoli and peppers.

I told Stacy and Clinton "Youse guys have a lot of communists in your crew so I got a bunch of veggies for them."

Well they just wrapped it up. There was a last minute frenzy of shopping but I don't know how much of it will make it to air. We will see what we will see.

Mindy is blond now.

She went to pastry store and bought a big tray of pastries for the crew. That was very nice of her.

She loved the clothes that the wife designed. We just have to see what fits into her budget.
