No, not Joanne Linville.
This actress appeared in several original episodes—and in The Next Generation.
Diana Muldaur. She played Dr. Pulaski for one season on ST:TNG. She replaced Gates McFadden as Dr. Crusher, who came back to the series afterwards.
Ms. Muldaur also had a memorable turn on L.A. Law as Rosalind Shays, a power hungry lawyer who was Leland's love interest.
Brian is right as rain.
I loved it when she got the shaft in LA Law.
