Marilyn's Diary
Aunt Lily was distraught when Uncle Herman left us. She turned to drugs, sex and plastic surgery. But more than that she became sex obsessed.
She had many sexual partners. Bo Belinsky. Hugh Hefner. Charlie Manson. Dennis Wilson. Don Draper. Mamie Van Doren. But it was not enough for her.
Finally she adapted the electric chair that Uncle Herman had brought back from Germany where he had first been reanimated. She rigged it into a huge electric vibrator. She sat in it for hours at a time.
I couldn't take it anymore. I moved out the next day.

Wild Wild Life
Marlin was insatiable. We couldn't stop him from fooling around with the animals. It didn't matter what kind. What species. What gender. He would screw any of them.
The worst were the pigs. He loved the moist little piglets. They were so pretty and pink and sweet. He would always come along and help with the feeding. He would get them used to him holding them lovingly as he stuck something into their mouth for them to suckle. Eventually he would make a substitution. The zoo keeper was never quite figured out what was going on.
Marlin Perkins was a pervert.

Boy you have a good memory.......Not really ......Oh Henry!
So a couple just walked into the store almost at closing. I remember them vividly even though they haven't been here since 2008.
"Hey how's it going? San Fransisco right?"
"Great memory. I can't believe you remember me from so long ago!"
"Of course I do. Let me set you up in a dressing room."
You see they are a black lesbian couple. They came in when we first opened and the girly one spent a couple of grand. I chatted with the other one for hours while she shopped. Sports. Books. TV. Food. Restaurants.
At end of the day it was an Oh Henry moment. You see I thought he was a dude. But the dude was a dudette. Or something. Whatever.
I was just freaking lucky I didn't say the wrong thing. I will never forget them. It taught me a big lesson. Never assume. That might not be a dude.
Remembrance of things Pabst
Today was my regularly scheduled doctors appointment and don't you know that he moved without telling me! I show up and the office is closed. I call and they tell me that he closed the Atlantic Avenue Office and has only the one on Flatbush Avenue all the way out by the shopping center at Caesar's Bay. They tell me that they called all the patients. I'm like "Hey I am the patient and nobody called me! What the fuck?" So I was shit out of luck.
We had blocked out a couple of hours so we decided to walk around Atlantic Avenue and check out some of the stores. But first we were going to our favorite coffee shop that our buddy had on Hoyt Street that we always visit when we go to the doctor.
I have mentioned the place before. It is called the "The Little Sweet Cafe" and they have really good coffee and tea and sandwiches. His crepes are particularly nice. He makes one with apples and maple syrup and another with an spinach omelet that are off the hook. We were pissed off that we missed the doctor so we walked down Atlantic and turned down Hoyt. And we became disoriented.
It seemed the cafe had moved two stores up the street. It was in the space that was a formerly a trendy clothing boutique. We always would stop in the boutique to chat with the manager. At one time we thought about poaching her for our store as she said she had been working there for about ten years. What we couldn't figure out was how they paid their rent with what they had to sell. I guess they didn't because they are gone and the cafe was in their spot. We open the door and walk in and the whole experience was different. It was oriented from left to right instead of from right to left if that makes sense. He had fewer tables but more cooking space. Three of the four tables were occupied and they were from cheek to jowl at that. One table had the guys wife and her kid and reciepts spread all over it. There wasn't any room for us.
I just ordered some tea for take out while we chatted. It seems his landlord wanted him to move because the store on the other side wanted to expand. They got rid of the boutique which was behind in its rent as I suspected. He wasn't happy about moving since he had the old joint the way he wanted. Truth to tell I liked that a lot better.
We won't be going back. My doctor has moved so I no reason to go back there. I might not be back for ten years. That happens all the time. A joint you like changes and it just doesn't work for you. So you move on. No hard feelings. You have to find what works for you. There are a million coffee shops in Brooklyn. You can't hit a dead cat and not hit a coffee house.
I sent Omar and all his buddies there because they had halal food. So he still has that trade. Things have their time but generally they decline and are not as enjoyable. I think it is called entropy or some shit like that there.

It never ends.....you can't escape it
So there was this silly little incident on the Real Housewives of New York City this week. The new girl Dorinda was the first to arrive at a dinner party. She sits down and decides she wants to check her coat. Now she sees this black guy standing by the hostess table and he starts walking toward her. She assumes that he works there and calls him over. She goes "Can you take this please and check it." He goes "I don't work here." Hilarity ensuses.
On the Previously TV sites a few hard core SWJ jump and call Dorinda a racist. She disrespected a black man so she should be fired. Now Dorinda apologized profusely and groveled on TV and on Social Media. She knows that the mob was picking out their pitchforks and firing up their torches. Several of these douches went on about how that is how a racist rich Republican treats black people with their micro aggressions that are so hateful. Jeeez.
I think this bimbo was just clueless. She saw this tall dude dressed in a white shirt and tie walking around looking like he was working in the joint. It was an easy mistake to make. I have been stopped many times back in the day in various bars where they thought I worked there or that I owned the joint. You see when I walked in the staff would all come up to say hello and maybe ask a question or two. I was often their accountant and the accountant for the bar. The other patrons didn't know that they just saw everyone asking questions of this older white guy. So they assumed I had something to do with the bar. Does that make them racists.
Race poisons everything. Claims of racism and demands for reparations are only going to get worse when Obama steps down. You gave an inch so now they want a mile. We are never going to come back. Voluntary de facto segregation is becoming the norm. Everywhere.
I will be second to no one in deploring this development.
From behind the walls of a gated community in Florida.
Sometimes a show will fool you
So we found this new British mini-series that sort of hits all the notes that we look for in a new series to watch on Netflicks. It is about a British lawyer or Barrister as they are called who is such a great defense lawyer that they call him the "Escape Artist." I guess because he helps them escape from a guilty sentence.
It is only three episodes so that is good. It starts out pretty good with a horrible scary villain who the lead gets off on a dead to rights murder charge. It devolves from there. It is pretty derivative and most of the twists and turns are telegraphed right away. So I can't really recommend it. I mean if you want to kill some time and have something on in the background to fall asleep to then this is the ticket. But it is not up to snuff.
Here is a post that will never make certain blogs.
New York Post, April 22, 2015
A police union chief was outraged and a cop’s wife left in tears as a Manhattan jury on Wednesday cleared a Harlem madman of attempted murder for stabbing the cop in the head, causing serious long-term injuries.
“It is impossible to conceive of a reason why this jury got this verdict so wrong,” Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association president Patrick Lynch railed. “The facts of the crime are the very definition of attempted murder of a police officer.”
The surprising verdict, which came after just five hours of deliberation, left Det. Eder Loor’s wife, Dina, sobbing as she collapsed into the arms of a relative.
The jury’s decision means Terrance Hale, 29, has dodged a life sentence for plunging a jagged 3 ¹/₂–inch blade into Loor’s skull, piercing his brain, on April 17, 2012.
The jury did convict Hale of the lesser raps of assault, aggravated assault of a police officer and weapon’s possession for which he faces a minimum sentence of 10 years and a maximum of 25 years prison.
“Officer Loor is only alive today by the grace of God and talent of the medical professionals who cared for him,” Lynch said. “It is imperative that the judge give this wannabe cop-killer the maximum when he is sentenced for the lesser conviction of assault.”
The gory attack happened after Loor, 31, and his partner responded to a 911 call for an emotionally disturbed person in Harlem. Hale’s mother told the operator her son was a bipolar schizophrenic, off his medication and acting erratic.
“I noticed he was getting a little irate,” the cop testified of Hale at the trial in Manhattan Supreme Court. “I went to hold his left side and I just remember seeing his arm go over Merisme’s (his former partner) head and hit me right on the head. I felt like I was hit with a bat.”
The doctors who treated Loor described his survival as a “miracle.”
Loor showed jurors a massive surgical scar that runs from the top of his forehead to the back of his head and loops around to his left ear.
He said he still struggles with chronic pain, difficulty with short-term memory loss and multitasking. He has been on medical leave since.
Attorney Scott Cerbin argued that Hale, who has a documented history of mental illness, was in the midst of a severe delusion when he stabbed Loor but jurors rejected the insanity defense.
It’s a a very sad case,” the lawyer said. “Two families are devastated.”
District Attorney Cy Vance lauded Loor’s courage: “The bravery exhibited by Officer Loor….and every member of the NYPD who puts his or her life on the line each day should never be taken for granted.”
Hale has a prior felony conviction for stabbing a man in the arm and back in 2006.
So here was a cop who was attacked by a mentally disturbed youte and is now permanently disabled. If he used a stun gun or a baton or God forbid shot him there would be riots in the streets. He got a "Bronx" jury and we will be lucky if this mook will even do ten years.
Eli might not be coming.......back
Eli Manning's contract is up and he is not rushing to sign an extension. The Giants are not stressing and not rushing either. They can slap the franchise tag on him and resign him so it is not a big deal.
The attempts by the New York Post to gin up a controversy will not work here.
You see the Giants and the Yankees work pretty much the same way. They can pretty much sign anybody they want. But they don't always want to resign people so they let them walk. Even if they were decent players who still have a little left. What those players need to do is understand that they are not bigger than the team. It really means something to be a life long Giant or Yankees. The Giant players get great off the field opportunities. Frank Gifford, Kyle Rote and Pat Summeral became big time broadcasters. In a later generation Phil Simms, Tiki Barber, Michael Strahan, Harry Carson and Carl Banks are all doing very well. Brad Benson has become one of the biggest car dealers on the East Coast with commercials every other minute on WFAN. Strahan even got a talk show with Kelly Ripa.
Eli is like Jeter. The same thing happened with Jeter's last contract. The press was in a tizzy but both sides knew they were going to make a deal.
Eli just needs to do it one more time. He is already a Hall of Famer but a third ring will really shut up the idiots who prefer losers like Aaron Rodgers. I think it will happen in his last year. Wait and see!

A book recommendation for you.
I would like to reccomend Dana Perino's new book about her experiences working for President George W. Bush. You might know her from her work on "The Five" and on Fox News. She is very good on both but her book is on a different level.
Here is a link to an except form the book. A short part of that post;

"But there were exceptions. One mom and dad of a dying soldier from the Caribbean were devastated, the mom beside herself with grief. She yelled at the president, wanting to know why it was her child and not his who lay in that hospital bed.
Her husband tried to calm her and I noticed the president wasn’t in a hurry to leave—he tried offering comfort but then just stood and took it, like he expected and needed to hear the anguish, to try to soak up some of her suffering if he could.
Later as we rode back on Marine One to the White House, no one spoke.
But as the helicopter took off, the president looked at me and said, “That mama sure was mad at me.” Then he turned to look out the window of the helicopter. “And I don’t blame her a bit.”
One tear slipped out the side of his eye and down his face. He didn’t wipe it away, and we flew back to the White House."
#97 in a series about why TV is superior to movies!
What a good TV series can do is take you away and bring you to a new place you have never been and most likely will never visit. I know that you will say that a movie can do the same but its effect is finite and over way to quickly. A movie has at most two hours to paint in the details and still tell a story. A long running TV series can sketch in so many more details that gives you a real feeling for the setting in a way that a movie almost never does.
Now the setting might not be a place you ever want to go. I wouldn't want to hang with the corner boys in Baltimore while a drive by is going on but it is totally engrossing and interesting. The story arch of the young kids in school who were being integrated into the drug trade was particularly engrossing. In the wire there were a couple of characters who really took you into the heart of that lifestyle. Dookie who was an innocent who was destroyed by the maelstrom that is drugs and Michael who went from a caring brother and friend to as stone cold killer and drug lord are just two people you meet and get to know. You get to see the development over several weeks and years in a way that a movie could never do in the short time it has available. I am of course speaking of "The Wire" which is just about the best television series ever produced.
The places you can visit can also be much more benign. I love to watch a long running series and be transported to a locale far away from my troubles and concerns. A small Cornish fishing village called Portwenn in "Doc Martin." The Florida Keys in "Bloodline." A picturesque Caribbean island called St Marie in "Death in Paradise." The East End of London in "Call the Midwife." The underbelly of LA in "Harry Bosch." The mud filled thoroughfare of the Old West in "Deadwood."
All places I have never been and will most likely never go. But I can experience them and live vicariously through characters who I come to learn about and even care about as they go through their own lives. It transports me from my own reality and into theirs if only for just a little while. In the way that a flash bang movie never could.
A movie is a Poloroid. A good TV series is an oil painting.

I can call you Jerry. I want to talk to the rich Jew side of you not the slimy Puerto Rican side. That kind of man will kill your brother.
Anyhoo I have to let you know that I really need to raise some money to pay for my campaign bills. Bill and I have been trying to scratch by on a few million of dollars a year and we don't want to use any of that to pay my campaign bills. Since your great success on the Celebrity Apprentice I know you would be great at raising money for my campaign. I know I can count on you.

It's De Blasio Time.........Everywhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bill De Blasio is positioning himself to be the Democratic nominee if Hillary Clinton fails. That's right the Communist Mayor of New York City actually thinks he has a shot at getting elected President.
It is everywhere in many publications like the New York Post.
A source close to the Comrade De Blasio: De Blasio’s hope, the operative said, is a “Draft de Blasio’’ movement will develop among progressive activists over the next several months that will lead to the mayor being able to defeat Clinton in the primary elections next year in much the same way leftist Sen. George McGovern successfully challenged the initially front-running establishment Democratic candidate, Sen. Edmund Muskie, more than 40 years ago.
The arrogance and the audacity of these people know no bounds. New York Mayors with inflated egos have tried this before. John Lindsey. Rudy Giuliani. And the one guy who might have made a good President. Fernando Wood.
Of course he was a pimp so he had previous relevant experience.
Don't be Cruela.....baby
The new season of "One Upon a Time" has been very interesting. The current story arch has three villains who are helping the resident bad guy Rumpelstiltskin as he tries to change the story so the villains can get there happy endings. Since this a Disney production they have been using all of the multitude of Disney characters including Belle from Beauty in Beast, the Little Mermaid, the two broads from Frozen and of course Snow White and the Evil Queen. One of the funny and not quite perfect fits is the introduction of Cruella De Ville from 101 Dalmatians as one of the evil female villains.
Now Cruella is not your standard fairy tale character like Cinderella or Snow White so they had to give her a back story to make it plausible. Last night featured her and the back story was a doozy. It seems she was a homicidal little blond girl who poisoned her father. Then poisoned the next two step fathers even though her mother had imprisoned her in the attic like Jane Eyre. She was "rescued" by the "author" who is an integral part of the plot line. It seems that through the ages there has always been someone called the author who wrote in the book of tales and could control the lives of the characters he wrote about in the various realms. These authors throughout the years had include such people as Aesop, Grimm, Hans Christian Anderson and a guy named Disney. Neat right?
It all works out in the end as Cruella is murdered by mistake by one of the Heroes who is slowly going over to the dark side. She gets hers but had a whole prime episode to tell her story and for the actress to show off her acting chops. It was very well done mindless entertainment suitable for children of all ages.

You know there are a bunch of better places to spend your time.
I have resolved to follow Michael Haz's advice and can the corn. So I am spending my time at sites that are much more interesting and enjoyable then some of the ones I have wasted so much time on lately.
One of them is Hugh Hewitt's site. Hugh is a conservative columnist and interviewer who is about to break out and become a lot more popular. He has been named as the moderator/questioner at some of the upcoming presidential debates. He usually has very interesting guests and ask very penetrating questions. Not just conservatives but also very liberal journalists and the occasional liberal politicians although most of them will not put themselves out there. He takes a no nonsense approach and unlike someone like Levin or Bill O'Reilly he does not come out so emotional that it skews the conversation. When ask fact based questions and have the statistics on hand it is tough for people to weasel out of it. For instance he has been talking about the decline of the US Navy for a long time now and with the events in Yemen this is a front burner topic. Pinning down where candidates stand on the size and composition of the Navy is not the usual social issues that cloud so many discussions with the various candidates.
Not that he shies away from that. He has recently asked several prospective candidates if they would attend the marriages of relatives who were gay. Some were forthright like Marco Rubio who said of course he would go and Rick Santorum who said no. Others like Ted Cruz weaseled. This is not a one issue make or break for me but it does give me a pretty strong handle on their ability to stand strong for their beliefs. It is part of a mosaic which lets me paint a picture of the candidate and if he is a viable person for me to support.
Hugh seems much more of a Rhino than I like but he still asks the tough questions that need to be answered by a serious candidate. Much to be preferred to the ultra-liberal bloggers who have a conservative following but are dyed in the wool progressives no matter how they market themselves. Along with Legal Insurrection and Power Line it is one of the few blogs I will be following henceforth. If you not familar with Mr. Hewitt you might want to give him a try. It is worth the effort.

Death in Paradise
I am always on the lookout for fun TV shows to watch because I am a TV junkie who revels in low brow entertainment for the masses.
Netflicks has become a great resource for me as we find series that we can binge watch and wallow in an interesting storyline and an often an exotic locale. "Harry Bosch" on Amazon was in LA which is exotic for me. "Bloodline" also on Amazon in the Florida Keys. "The Finder" another Florida show. "Doc Martin" set in Cornwall. "Orphan Black" in Toronto. Now we have found a new one.
"Murder in Paradise." It is your classic fish out of water story with an uptight British detective sent toe the laid back St Marie police station in the fictional island of St Marie in the Caribbean. Detective Inspector Poole is played by Ben Miller one of my favorites from "Primeval" another pretty cool English show. He is the uptight suit wearing Brit in the sunny island souronded by hot women in very little clothing. It has an interesting harmless little mystery that is not such a mystery and is all wrapped up at the end of the episode.
It is mindless and soothing and easy watching when you are winding down from a horrible day at work. Good fun.
And the horse she rode in on.................
There is this older drunken bleached blond nasty woman who is the
subject of hundreds of comments each day on the internet. She is a horrible
person who has nasty feuds and bitter disputes and just can’t get along with
anyone. Her family are basically enablers who allow her to act out this way. It
is a function of her alcohol abuse or maybe just her nasty disposition. She
polarizes. Some people are her partisans and other people despise her. Her
name:
Kim Richards.
She is one of the Housewives on the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills”
that just wrapped up their season. One of the main themes was the fact that she
was an addict who was acting out and some of the women thought she needed help.
Maybe rehab or an intervention. Kim went off the rails fighting this. She
attacked everyone else. Her sister. Her other cast members. She pointed her
boney finger and claimed the problem was everyone talking about her. That she
had only one “slip” where she took her dying ex-husbands pill because she was
in 100% pain because of bronchitis, pneumonia or a hernia. Pick one because she
offered all them up as excuses at one time or another.
It all finally blew up this season. Her dog bit her niece’s hand and sent her to the hospital for a week-long stay. After the dog had savaged a family friend who is suing her and the television production company. Kim deflected and never apologized. She blamed her niece and said she could tell the whole story but didn't want to put it out there for everyone to know. Which was bullshit. She had a dog that had bitten several other people and it savaged her niece. That was the turning point for most of her fans (It happened on a Sunday by the way. Bad shit happens on Sundays when you drink).
Originally I was a big fan of Kim Richards. I was banned from “Television
Without Pity” because I posted too many comments defending her in a previous
season. I thought she was getting a bad deal and that too many people were
going after her when she didn’t deserve it. Not anymore. She showed me what she
was all about in the way she treated people this season. Her narcissism and
sense of entitlement were off the charts. And her. A Child Star.
I am generally an all or nothing guy. Good or evil. Right or Wrong.
Nuance is for pussies. Once you lose me you don’t get me back. You are either
for us or against us. So I am on the hate Kim Richards train. Metaphorical hate of course. You know internet hate. Where
you mock her and say nasty shit and laugh at her pretensions and troubles.
Because she deserves it.
So I was noodling along on the “Previously TV” boards in the discussion
about the last reunion episode and somebody mentioned that Kim was bad but she wasn't Hitler. I went “wait a minute she is definitely worse than Hitler.” I
proceeded to my patented method of beating a horse to death by making comment
after comment with joke after joke. It helps to be familiar with the show to
understand the jokes but I liked them. For example:
“Hitler once borrowed one of
Goering's pain pills because he was in 100% pain because of bronchitis,
pneumonia and a hernia.
The next thing you know he invaded Poland.
And he still isn't as bad as Kim Richards.”
The next thing you know he invaded Poland.
And he still isn't as bad as Kim Richards.”
So these stupid jokes got a huge
bunch of “likes” and people were enjoying them until the moderator posted a
comment to ask that we stop with the Hitler jokes. Now why would he do that?
Probably because some weak sisters complained. Lots of people liked it. Some
did not. But they want to squash it. I had some good natured back and forth
with him in the private message function and decided to drop it. I don’t need
to get banned from another site.
Now that thread is non-stop
life affirmation stories about addiction and mother problems. Boring Oprah shit
to the max. I would like to protest that noise but it will not fly. I guess that is
the kind of crap that they want to see over there. As rh would say it is the soap opera woman and who am I to say nay? It is really a woman's show after all.
Now the way the moderator handle it is the way to handle a dispute. You talk to the person. You don’t
go into the comments on attack mode and not expect to get attacked right back. You
should expect to get as good as you give. Or worse if you are not witty or
funny or interesting. As I said before you
lose me then that’s that. I believe in vendetta and going to mattresses. I
might forget about you and move on to other things but once we are the outs
there ain't no way back. That's just the way I am and I am too old to change my evil ways.
Kim Richards has lost me. I will attack her with nasty but hopefully
funny comments. I have no patience for people who want to defend her and say
that it is not fair to dump on her. Sometimes it is the only thing to do.
Kim Richards got arrested this weekend for causing a commotion at the
Polo Lounge where she was drunk and harassing other patrons. When she was
arrested she kicked a cop. And there are still people who want to protect and
enable her. Later for that shit.
Some drunken blond dumb shits deserve all the crap they get. And then
some.

You see my pubes are just about fifty shades of grey and I wonder if I should dye them so I will look younger on the Campaign Trail. Sometimes it shows through my pants suits. Especially my powder blue ones that are my favorite.
So I was wondering if you could stop by my Campaign Headquarters to sneak a peak. I value you opinion. With your help we can lick this problem.
So to speak.

BBBBBUUUUUUURRRRRRRRNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Did a quick scroll-through at TOP. Surprised by the low number of comments on quite a few topics. Or is that how it's always been?
I don't know but it can't happen to a nicer person. The 300 comment shit fest on gay marriage seems to have moved to Turley's joint.
Thank God it is not my problem anymore.

Hands Up....This is American Idol
So did you see the last American Idol telecast?
It was down to the top six. They have a new gimmick where the contestants sit in chairs that are surrounded with red lights. When they are chosen to go forward the lights turn green and they go out to perform. They have a new wrinkle where the last two people in the poll compete for the audience "twitter save." Now this is a bummer for the people sitting there when everyone else goes up to sing and you are a loser waiting for the sing off. It reminds me of the NBA or NFL draft where these kids go to the venue and wait and wait to get picked. That must suck.
Anyway it gets down to the last three. Joey who is the white hipster girl who dresses weird and plays the accordion and sings in a super-effected Betty Boop style voice. Ravyon who looks like John Legend and is a very smooth but weak singer. And Quentin the resident angry black man.
Quentin was called and got to sing. Now Quentin is all about the costumes and the attitude. The dude can't sing. He hasn't been in tune once in the entire competition. But the judges continue to mark on a curve and sort of practice American Affirmative Action Idol. Now don't get me wrong. Most of these idiots can't sing in tune. But Quentin is the worst still remaining and nobody is really telling him except Harry Connick Jr.
Now Harry is really the only judge since Simon who has any musical knowledge. In fact he used to cite chapter and verse as to what these kids need to do to improve. Until he was told to dial it back because the audience is just as stupid as the kids singing and don't want to hear what a vibrato is and just want to clap like seals on meth. Every once in a while Harry forgets and says what he really thinks. He did it this time when he told Quentin that the band overpowered him and his pitch was off again. Quentin was pissed and had his bitch face on.
Then of course little fanoick Ryan Seacrest had to make it worse. He asks him what does he think about the two people left to compete for the save. Quentin scowls and says "It's Whack." He goes on about how it is ridiculous that they have to go and how messed up is all is. Then he stalks off.
Now Harry doesn't like this. So he asks if they are still live and says hey this is a competition show and somebody has to go if they want to eventually have a winner. Thats what you sign up for and by bad mouthing the process you are attacking the show that is giving you a big opportunity and being basically disrespectful to the process.
"SAY WHAT!!!! NO YOU DIN IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Quentin comes out and walks across the stage right next to the judges table and gives Harry the stare down. Like he was going to play the knock out game. The angry black man standing up to the white power structure. You know. The usual bullshit. The freaking guy can't carry a tune in a bucket and should never have gotten this far. But they carried him for "diversity" and "inclusion." What a load of crap.
Here you check it out and tell me what you think.
So many great singers were let go to let this moron through. This chick Hunter Larsen was cut and she was not only a great singer but had a great set of knockers. Check it out:
What a messed up world we live in.

Wild Wild Life
Marlin started out slowly when he began molesting the animals. He would pet a pussy. Finger a tit willow. Sexually badger a badger.
We think he went over the line when he coated his penis with insects and stuck the anteaters snout down his pants.
After that there was simply no going back.

Whose that girl in the gratuitous bathtub photo?
She stars in the Real Housewives of New York City and is quite a princess. She had famous relations and is famous for trying to initiate relations with inappropriately young serving people.
Whose that skeleton.

Problems of a shopkeeper
So they had a big rally to make the minimum wage to $15 an hour for fast food workers. Now most people have no idea of how this will effect a business. So many small businesses are on the bubble that a small increase in wages and benefits will force them to close. It happened in San Francisco when they raised the minimum wage and book stores and restaurants had to close because they just couldn't pay it.
I recently had a problem with an ex-employee. She got her W-2 and complained that she didn't get any overtime. Now she never complained when she got her weekly paycheck. Instead she waited until now and is threatening to go to the Dept of Labor. So I guess I have to pay her even though I have never paid overtime before. I have to check what the law is but I am not sanguine that I am in the right. The deck is stacked for the employee in NYC so I don't have a shot. I had someone get unemployment who was working off the books and I proved it with photos. But it didn't matter.
It is enough to make you want to close up shop and go on welfare or something.

Re: My Campaign
Hi Candy. Long time no see.
As you must know I have announced that I am running for President and I want to get all my ducks in a row. I want to be sure you are on board. Just like you were on board for the three-way we had with Bill in college. I remember those days fondly although it was I first developed my antipathy to Bush. I hope you have been doing some grooming since those far away days of yesteryear.
In any event I expect the same help in the debates that you gave to Obama. That right wing douche Hugh Hewitt is going to be there and trying to make it fair. We can't have that. If the Republican is scoring any points you need to intervene and throw him off track by spouting lies and nonsense to confuse him and defuse the situation. I have enclosed some videotapes of the Grand Wizard of Wrestling serving as a referee in a match between Bruno Sammartino and the Iron Sheik. Use his performance as a guide. Especially the part where he threw salt in the Living Legends eyes.
Otherwise I might have to put some photos on the Internet. Who wants that?

PS. I am still spitting out hairs. Get a trim girl. Seriously!

Marlin really changed after a few years on the show. He had been a devoted family man for many years but traveling gave him opportunists he didn't have at how.
He was always fingering strange pussy. Even in front of his wife. It was quite disturbing.
The Cheetah.

Another excellent show we found on Amazon Prime
We have been binge watching Orphan Black and it is damn good. This Tatiana chick who plays all the clones is a very good actress. The show is very entertaining. We went through season one and are on season two already.
Highly recommended.

Its funny how you mention something and it goes dry.

Tuesday is our only day off. We work like monkeys all the rest of the time but Tuesdays we are supposed to relax. We have not done so for the last two months.
Something is always happening on a Tuesday. Usually we schedule doctor appointments. So we went to the allergist down by Brooklyn Heights. The appointment was for one o'clock so we decided to make a day of it. I got a text from the UPS guy. He said I had a package. I have them trained to call me on my days off because I don't want good stuff to go back in the system if we are closed where the package gets all beat up. If it is a return of and online order I don't care. This was an expensive bra delivery so I had to arrange pickup. Normally I would just go myself but we wanted to spend the day together so we decided to stay out and go to the store at around 4pm when the guy could meet us.
Since we were in Brooklyn Heights we decided to go to one of my favorties that I never get to go to because it is too far away and the food is no good for me. Teresa's Polish restaurant on Montague Street.
We decided to do breakfast food since we didn't want anything heavy. Lisa had some multi grain pancakes with fresh strawberry and blue berry. I had a great mushroom and cheese omelet. I wanted to order my favorite but we decided it was too much. So I got a take out order of fried pirogies to eat that night.
After the lunch we decided to walk it off a little. We were only a block from the Promenade so we decided to go and hang for a little while. It was drizzling but we still made the best of it. When we look at it there is always a big hole where the Towers used to be. A passerby took a couple of pics of us.
You can see over my shoulder where the empty space would be. That is the view that you have seen countless times on movies and TV. I send people who visit the shop there all the time. We just like to stop by at least once a year. To remember.
Then we went to the store to wait for the UPS guy. Got the stuff. Walked home in the drizzle. And then of course Lisa fell as we were going into the house. So we had to go to emergency room.
We had a good day. But we lost it at the end.

Wild, Wild Life.....
We didn't know how to explain. Especially to the people back at the home office in Omaha. You see we just wanted to have a nice little show about wild animals. A nature show. Simple and family friendly. Just Marlin Perkins talking about the animals while Jungle Jim Fowler would wrestle it into submission.
It was supposed to be simply clean family fun. Until something terrible happened. Marlin was accidentally hit in the head by a coconut on vacation and he suddenly became obsessed. Obsessed with having sex with the animals.

What you will never see on Turley's site.....Michael H is always right
I'm done with Turley. He has been trolling for anti-religion comments for the past week, maybe longer.
Maybe he's trying to spine the sitemeter, I don't know, but his topics seem to be purposely aimed at attracting maximum comments from people who seem to be genuinely disturbed.
There is no benefit for me to be had from engaging in conversation over there.

I think that is just about right. The trolling is either for anti-cop or anti-religion posts that just bring out the same few people who destroy the conversation. I was hoping for an alternative for interesting conversation but it just doesn't seem to work.
I appreciate what Nick is trying to do but I just don't feel it if you know what I mean. There are some topics I just have to jump in on but it always devolves into silly name calling with the usual suspects.
Whose that girl?
She was a star of one of my favorite sitcoms with a great theme song. You might not remember the words but I bet you can hum the melody.

Happy Easter to one and all!
I couldn't leave the last post up as my Easter greeting. So I tried to find a photo that EBL didn't use already to wish youse guys a Happy Easter and a Joyous Passover.
We will be closed for the first time in a while and we try to get some rest. I hope you do the same.

All of the commenters are off to spend time with family and friends as they celebrate the holidays. Family dinners, cookouts and fun.

Grief
Shall I wither and fall like an autumn leaf,
From this deep sorrow - from this painful grief?
How can I go on or find a way to be strong?
Will I ever again enjoy life's sweet song?
Sometimes a warm memory sheds light in the dark
And eases the pain like the song of a Meadow Lark.
Then it flits away on silent wings and I'm alone;
Hungering for more of the light it had shone.
Shall grief's bitter cold sadness consume me,
Like a winter storm on the vast angry sea?
How can I fill the void and deep desperate need
To replant my heart with hope's lovely seed?
Then I look at a photo of your luscious red face
And for a moment I escape to a serene happy place;
Remembering the laughter and all you would do,
Cherishing the honest, caring, loving taste of you.
Shall spring's cheerful buds bring life anew
And allow me to forget the agony of missing you?
Will spring's burst of new life bring fresh hope
And teach my grieving soul how to cope?

"Well spit it out Ensign Pulver I don't have all day."
"I am sorry but the men reported that there was a lot of splashing and moaning going on so I just wanted to check on you sir. Is everything ship shape Commander?"
"That's Master and Commander to you son."
"Oh ok. That explains it. I am sorry sir. Forgive me. I will just beat it."
"Me too. Just close the door."
