Bass is winning big time!

Bass Ale is way our in front so Hoosier Daddy and Original Mike can sleep like a baby. Still a little time to vote so good luck to all these great beers.

I am extremely suspicious of Trooper's supposed "neutrality" in this election. Sure he said from the beginning that he leans toward Bass but I sense some cynical manipulation of his readers. If my suspicions pan out, I'm not sure I will be able to keep hanging around this site. It would just be too disappointing. Sure, Sam Smith is an erratic beer that has never quite been able to set aside its grandiosity and pick up the Guinness mantel, Guinness being the embodiment and standard of True Ale.

All I'm saying is I have a breaking point. Bass beer comes from corrupt origins, we all know that. If Bass wins this election, I will still drink beer, but I and the silent majority of ale lovers will filibuster at every point that Bass attempts to turn us into a community of effete hop-loving high alcohol content drunken sheep.

Actually I voted for Newcastle which is by far my favorite beer. Although I did feel that Bass was somewhat slighted in the early going.
