Here are my very shaky guesses:
Closest is Raquel Welch;
Second looks like Stella Stevens to me but if a face in the crowd is a clue she might be Lee Remick;
Third, and this is a very long guess, is Brooke Shields;
Farthest, I give up. Pretty sure she's "country," either a country singer or the type who was a regular on Andy Griffith.
