We are playing hooky tomorrow and going on the Pizza Bus Tour. This friend of ours is involved in pitching a reality show about this guy who goes to different pizza stores in the city and they invited us to go on the pizza bus tour. We are hitting a few joints in Manhattan and the Bronx which is cool because I don't get to the Bronx all that much.
So I will be out of touch and away from the computer.
Play nice.

Rack 'em up!
Pizza has been Jason's balliwack lately in case you hadn't noticed. But he snapped like a turtle at me on his blog because I made a simple suggestion.
New York probably has the best pizza in the world and I'm even counting the old country.
Well it might be a problem because the mook running it seems like a hipster dofous guy and I don't know if he knows as much about pizza as I do. We will have to see. I plan on behaving myself.
You know how long that usually lasts.
Where do you find the best pizza in NYC Troop?
In three places.
Lombardi's.
The House of Pizza and Calzone.
Di Fara in Midwood.
L&B Spumoni Gardens is pretty good too.
Grimaldi's is more overrated than Bob Dylan and I didn' think that was possible.
Which one, if any is in Brooklyn?
And which is the best in Brooklyn?
Di Fara on Avenue J.
Also the House of Pizza and Calzone but techincally they have the best calzones in NYC.
They are deep fried in the same oil that they have used since I was in grammer school.
I love Artichoke Bassiles personally.
Now I want some pizza.
Boston has amazing pizza.
Madison and Wisconsin's pizza's absolutely suck.
For some reason Wisconsin has millions of different frozen pizzas in the grocery.
No italians and as a result no hot guys.

Yes, I made a The Naked City reference and he was devastated. Film noir makes him cringe like a girl!
Thank you, Trooper, for your advice and prayers. It meant a lot.
Hey, the world didn't end.
Gotta drag it through another day.
I've been to Lombardi's and to Totonno's location near midtown Manhattan. Both are awesome pizzas but I preferred Totonno's.
New York pizza is far better than Chicago deep dish and I am from Chicago.
Nice pies in that photo, btw.
The only reason anyone discusses who has the best pizza in NYC is because hamburgers are $10 bucks and up.
You want some cheese with that burger?
Buy the damn cow.
Milkshakes on me. ;)
How was the pizza tour?
Details, tomato sauces, crusts, thinness, toppings, cheese, etc.
Now punch it Marge.
