No thanks Titus, during the course of my nursing career, I've seen BMs that would put yours to shame. I think what you need is a little person who scurries behind you and inspects your BMs, like the servant in The Last Emperor.

When I was in high school I worked a summer job @ a nursing home as a janitor. I schmoozed the nurses so that they gave the enemas on the next guys shift. Mopping runny shit sucks.

I learned a lot working @ that nursing home. I saw nice people w/ no visitors. I saw staff who really cared and those who were borderline abusive. Being raised in my culture old folks are respected. There was a terminal old Irish firefighter named Mike. He had a nose that looked like a 100 watt light bulb. As my shift ended, I would go to my car and get a beer out of my cooler[always a cooler of beer during the summer] and give it to Mike. One of the uptight nurses yelled @ me. However, the head nurse w/ wisdom told her to back off and let me continue to bring Mike a beer w/ the proverbial wink and a nod. Mike died before that summer ended. He loved those cold beers.

My little girl got two of her friends to help her make Valentines for residents in a local nursing home. They took them in and distributed them. About half the people didn't want one. Very sad. I've been pondering why they wouldn't want one for almost a month now, and still haven't figured anything out. But, then again, I've been pondering life for almost 50 years, and haven't figured that out, either. My mother's grandmother used to tell my mom that when you finally figure out life, you die. Maybe that's why I'm still kicking.

Good for you, nd, compassionate, classy act.
