So here is a quick and dirty recipe for a great pasta. The Ingredients:
1 lb Shells
1 box cherry tomato
1 bag spinach
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/2 cup asiago cheese grated
1/4 cup pecorino romano cheese grated
1 teaspoon Vietnamese garlic chili sauce
Put the oil in a frying pan and add the garlic chili sauce under a low flame. Boil salted water and cook the pasta al dente. Add the spinach to the frying pan and mush around till you distribute the oil and the garlic chile sauce. Add the pasta which is al dente and continue to cook it in the pan. After about four minutes shut off the flame and add the tomatoes which you have cut in half. Mix thouroughly. Add the assiago and mix once more. Transfer to a large bowl. Add the pecorino romano to taste.
