Actually it was what Barney Miller and Inspector Lugar were yelling when they were gang banging Cagney and Lacy.

Inspector Lugar was my favorite character on that show.
I've always liked his face. Seemed kind. Is he still alive?
Abe Vigoda is still alive. There's a running gag that he's dead, but he's still kicking. I watched a bunch of Barney Miller reruns a few months back. I forgot how funny that show was. And a cool theme song to boot.
