It's Raw I tell you....Raw!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is what raw denim looks like. Before it goes to the wash house to be dyed deep blue or black or white or red or whatever. We went to the jeans vendor to plan out our production and get a feel for the production process.

They take giant roles of this stuff and dye it. Then they get it dyed and cut to form the jeans. Now the cutting service and the contractors have a lot of work to do, putting the metal gussets and the zippers and the buttons on the back flap and stuff. So you have to get someone who knows what they are doing. You can not afford to make a mistake. They are not correctable and ruining a full run would be a disaster. A bankruptcy level disaster.

lf we only had half the competency level in gummint that it takes to turnout a good pair of jeans.
