I posted the essence of joy on FB tonight. We just could eat up Eli on a spoon, that's how great the Giants were Sunday evening on account of how he and his team served up savory bits of the game throughout.
Also, hereabouts the Patriot's coach is generally considered to be a p****. (This is not a recent, much less new-found, insight or notion.) Look how un-classy he chose to play it to the bitter end, and beyond!
Yeah, that is a problem. It was a good season, now it is gone. Such is the nature of football. Come August we will be ready for the regular season to start, then, at least for me, I will get sick of it and look forward to the post season, then what - who will be next year's Super Bowl champs? Vegas, no doubt has a line already...
Congrats to you Trooper and all Giants fans. We had a Super Bowl party in San Diego. Getting nice tomatoes for a caprese salad is a pleasure. Fresh fish, avacadoes, hand made tortillas for quesidilla, topped off in the second half w/ some carnivore food from my KC era..beef brisket cooked 6 hours, soft as butter w/ Gates BBQ sauce. Beer and bourbon for the dudes, Ca. red wine and potato vodka/lemonade for the women. America's secular holiday.
I hate Sarah Jessica Parker, Robin Williams, Tim Robbins, Susan Saradon, the BJ Hunnicut guy, brussel sprouts, the Boston Red Sox, commies and well, lawyers.

CONGRATULATIONS NEW YORK GIANTS AND TROOPER YORK!
Thank you.
Yes, congratulations! Eli is cute.
Hmmm. Eli Wallach is looking better than I remember.

He simply begs for a "nyah, nyah."
Congratulations.
You can't spell elite without Eli.
Congratulations! That was a heckuva an interesting game to watch.
Next Sunday, I'll be going through football withdrawal.
